Yeah but that wouldn't have much of a game aspect to it eh? I thought this too when I first heard of this game, but realized it adds a lot to have a story behind the experience. There is an exploration mode they're adding, so you'll be able to just explore the Titanic if you want too.
@@ThisKory The real event can have a lot for the players to do too. They could play as multiple characters from the ship. First levels should be played as passengers who have to reach the lifeboats in the time limit and the later as crew members with more complex tasks. This is how I would make it: Level 1: female second class passenger - 2nd class was closest to the lifeboats and female passengers were prioritized during the evacuation) Level 2: female first class passenger - 1st class had fewer lifeboats in front the main entrance and more areas for the passengers) Level 3 & 4: 3rd class female passenger from the stern and bow sections - 3rd class was further from the lifeboats Level 5-9 male passengers from different locations - male passengers were only evacuated after there were no more women and children near the boats and in some cases not even then. Players will have to either find Murdoch and get in one of the boats he launched or improvise a floating device from chairs and tables. Level 10: Fictional officer - play as a fictional version of Lightoller or Murdoch and see if you can do better than they did. Players have to evacuate as many passengers as possible and try to survive. Put too many people in the lifeboat and the ropes used to lower it will break, so players will have to decide who to save and who do leave behind. Level 11-13 1st-3rd class Stewart - guide as many passengers as possible to the boat deck Level 11: Fictional chief engineer - play as a fictional version of Joseph Bell and try to keep the ship floating and the electric generators running for as much as possible. Level 12: Fictional captain - play as a fictional version of Edward Smith. Tell the wireless operators to send messages (miss this step and everyone dies in the lifeboats because no ship comes to pick them up) and oversee the evacuation by giving instructions to Murdoch and Lightoller. Secret ending - get in the first lifeboat, like captains seem to do nowadays, and have a newspaper with the text "Coward of the Titanic - captain abandons passengers on sinking ship."

Walking around a desolate, sinking cruise ship is horrifying enough, but they actually went ahead and added monsters to bring it up a notch. Ha, ha!
I believe you can explore the ship without monsters too! They did a great job with this one, it's pretty cool! Also terrifying 😅
