I liked how you mentioned how you didn’t know it could get this bad. It made me realize how lucky I am and how much I really am grateful for my family, friends, pets. It has pushed me to better myself in bad things I was doing before and I’ve been trying to stay on track with good habits and notes on the daily.

Hey, great vid. Were you numb physically when you worked out? I want to work out although physically I am not rewarded for anything I do in the gym (physiologically or emotionally) right now- causing me concern that my body might be rejecting the stress to my system? Any advice on that would be awesome because I hate giving up on working out. Thanks!
I apologize for not being able to get to this video today. My refrigerator busted and spilt water all over my floor! It's first on my to do list tomorrow. 😊
