Bai aankh ki video bahut badhiya hoti hai
Thank you! I think I understand.
How old is this? You look my age 😂
@annihilam3408 This is quite old! It's about 12 years ago 😂😂
@@AndroscogginBarbell you were jacked af back then too!! Was this a film class or something?
@@annihilam3408 yessir! We were in a digital media class. I've always had a fascination with shit that this! Would love to get back into doing effects in videos and just having fun.
It's only the spider ones that get me 😂 have you ever seen the one where the girl bites a mushroom she found in the forest and a spider runs straight up her nose? 😭
No! I need to find this video now 😂😂
@@AndroscogginBarbell also apparently I misremembered it wasn't a girl just a pretty guy lol
@@AndroscogginBarbellaw dang it won't let me put a link in it, my other comment got deleted

Who would win in a real fight-Jason or Chucky? 🤔 Drop your vote below! ⚔️ And did that jump scare at the end get you? 😱 Let me know how many of you saw it coming! Don’t forget to hit like if you’re a fan of these horror legends! #ChuckyVsJason
Not going to lie. As a beginner lifter, working out my shoulders and getting results has always been difficult because of my inexperience, I was not able to effectively activate my deltoids when working out at all. Probably because I used too heavy of a weight for my strength and I was just going through the motions, most likely using other muscles like my traps and arms to get me from point A to B. Now I know better to have a “mind-muscle” connection with my target muscle when exercising. Doing John Meadow’s “Partial Lateral Raises” while making sure to lift only with my shoulders, was the first time in my life that I was actually able to work out my side deltoids. Very great exercise in my opinion and it means a lot to me and my fitness journey. [Revised Paragraph]
It’s a staple in my training! I’m so glad his teachings helped you too. Thank you for sharing your story, brotha!
I love the Napoleon dynamite shirt 😂
@Icky_b hands down my favorite movie! I'm glad you love the shirt. Warms my heart to see a comment like this!

So weird when you start thinking about how there's a series of meat cords going from toe to nape 😂 I think about it every time I do hamstrings
oh, god. I haven't really thought too much about me meat cords lately.. lmfao
@@AndroscogginBarbell ok meat cord might not have been the right phrasing 😭😂
@@annihilam3408 honestly, it's exactly what they look like! I wasn't even thinking about my other meat cord till you just said this.
@@AndroscogginBarbell I guess I was the one with my head in the gutter the whole time 😅😅 but really it is weird! Just tipping your head can make your hamstrings more or less tight 🤔
@@annihilam3408 everything is connected, my friend! I'm a big fan of these. I never really liked lying leg curls because I can't get a stretch at all. They're alright if you don't have another option. I also LOVE back extensions where I go really slow on the way up and down. Absolutely smokes my hammies
Why does this work? Leaning forward during leg curls increases the stretch at the bottom, which helps activate your hamstrings more efficiently! 💪 Try this trick and let me know if you feel the difference in your next workout! How do you usually target your hamstrings? Share below!

YOU LOST ME AT GEOMETRY, BUDDY
Just like Diddy is crazy😂😂😂
@louannebvb it's definitely a bit of an offhand comment to make. 😂
Your a riot man. You a fan of chucky? I never got into it because i found out about it when i was much older so i wasnt afraid. Keep up the great work brother!
Yeah, I'm actually a pretty big fan, buddy. I grew up watching Child's Play, and it scared the sh*t out of me as a kid. Always had a fascination with it after that. Isn't it funny how something that scared you as a child can one day become one of your favorite things? 😂

Hey everyone! Just a heads up, Reggie is one of the characters I like to play around with, along with a few others. If you're new here, my channel is all about helping people improve their fitness and mental health, but I can't help throwing in some humor along the way! I love connecting with you all, whether it’s through lifting advice, mindset tips, or just making you laugh. Hope you enjoy the content - let me know what you'd like to see next!
Love the character stuff dood. Don't see many creators doing fitness and characters
@calidad6849 Thanks, buddy! I've always had a thing for characters. Just makes things a lot more fun for me and can keep things very fresh for me.

Want a bigger bench? The Spoto Press is your secret weapon. Pausing a few inches off your chest forces you to control the weight and keep tension through the whole lift, building power right in that sticking point-where most lifters get stuck halfway up. I like to go for 3-5 sets of 5 reps with these to really hammer that spot. Give it a shot, hold each rep for 2-5 seconds, and you’ll feel the difference. Drop your max bench in the comments-I want to see where everyone’s at! Let’s get stronger 💪
This technique of rounding your upper back during seated cable rows is incredibly effective because it places a deeper stretch on your upper back muscles, especially the rhomboids, traps, rear delts, and spinal erectors. By slowly rounding down, you’re able to activate these muscles in a way that traditional rows just can’t. This movement also helps improve the mind-muscle connection, which is crucial for back growth. If you’re new to this technique, start with a lighter weight to get comfortable and avoid strain. It’s important to focus on control over weight here to make sure you’re safely engaging the muscles. Personally, I start my rows this way to fully fatigue the upper back, then switch to a more traditional seated row as I begin to tire. This makes the set longer and more challenging, allowing me to push my muscles to the limit. If you want a bigger, stronger back, incorporating this variation is a great way to add extra strain and growth potential!
Legendary picture you've got on that wall behind you 💪
Thank you! It's my favorite bodybuilding photo of all time. Glad someone noticed it!

How many reps
@SsuperiorityY for biceps, I really like to stick with 8 - 10 reps, but honestly, as long as you're pushing your sets (close) to failure, it doesn't really matter that much. I'll usually do 8 reps with a weight I could do for 9 if that helps any. Thanks for asking!
would a burpee with a weight be good
@@GarethCope-x8y how many can you do without a weight?
Why did that sound like Rex from Napoleon Dynamite
@thephatbunny7772 it's the same actor! Honestly, Napolean Dynamite is my favorite movie, and I felt like throwing in some of his voice lines. 😂
Bonus Tip: If you slightly lean back during the descent of your curl, you can get a bigger stretch on your biceps! 💪 This extended range of motion helps activate more muscle fibers, increasing the tension on your biceps and promoting better muscle growth. The deeper the stretch, the more you’re pushing your muscles to grow! Try adding this to your routine and see the difference. 🔥
Love it
Glad you do!
