If there was ever an RPG with no RNG it would literally be the most boring one possible. From DnD and Final Fantasy to every MMO in existence. If you could just mathematically determine advantage automatically there'd be no actual game involved. The CPU could determine the winner as soon as the game starts. It's ridiculous.
Even 100% accurate moves had a chance to miss in gen 1 due to a bug. You can even encounter the bug multiple times in a playthrough. Some moves also have a damage range where the damage value is decided by rng.
Don't forget its "bullying" even those the other guy is harassing you and treating you but you'll get jail time because of a certain pokemon you use🤣🤣😂😂
