Of course, you don’t need me to tell you that I love these knives. My titanium bolstered PK70 remains my genuine EDC.
Your one with the Scandinavian grind and Partridge Wood handles is a PK 70. It was available in both a Scandi And a full flat grind. There were different handle materials for the different blade shapes, one of which was the peel ply carbon fibre over G 10. This was on the FFG variant, as well as crowned G1 zero, which was available both with and without, bolsters in titanium. The scandi had either curly Birch or micarta.
Your other one is a Birk 75. as its name suggests it has a slightly longer blade and obviously it locks. This was by far the more popular format, as the slip joint was really made for The British and German market only. They didn’t sell well! Until, of course I started raving about them, then you couldn’t get one for love nor money! I tried to persuade them to make another batch, but without success. However, they did make me a micarta handled FFG as a thank you.
Incidentally, the designed in Finland, by a finish company, but they are made in Tai Chung in Taiwan. It’s rare to see a poor knife from there!.

I have a few Brisa/Enzo, all very good knives. Especially in RWL34 👌.
    All the best, David.

Can never go wrong with S30V and S35VN. Lots of steels people want now but those classics work for a reason.

That first Enzo is a fantastic design. Without the Scadni, no interest. Backup Bushcraft :)

From the look of the wood handle of your knife, it might be Wenge wood. Wenge wood is native to central Africa and consider endanger in areas. Prized for its beauty and used for making luxury furniture. I have a Finland made knife that used Wenge wood and curly birch for the handle. It appears the same as yours; it seems to me much like ebony.
The blade is also a straight back designed blade often used on Finish style knives. This design and blade grind provides an extremely strong point tip at the same time providing a sharp point on the blade. ☘🥔🔪

Ummm how is it a full flat grind when it's got a secondary bevel ?
I love the beautiful simplicity of the Finnish style...

Like the second one but, not gonna spend that kind of money for a pocket knife. You want to fine with me. Glad you can afford that kind of money.

    Paddy!
    Another charming review, as usual!
I’m looking for some advice, I’m looking to either modify a Existing knife.
I’m looking for a one handed opening Swiss army styled knife.
    With a 3 inch blade.
The closest I can find is the Swiza line, but they don’t ship to the U.K.
The best best thing is the Boker Tech tool line or the cheaper version made by Ruike.
I could get one with a 4inch blade and was thinking of grinding it down.
How difficult is to that and shape it right?
Or modify a 3inch version by installing a thumbstud.
I would have to drill a hole in the blade and a slot in the scale and liner.
    Any help is much appreciated!
(If there is a knife like that on the market I’ve missed please let me know!.)
