Have an evo 8 that i haven't driven it going on 2yrs. Keeping it basic with mid range power. I have a sd conversion kit, aem fuel kit, 1200cc injectors, act clutch kit, tail q bov, skunk 2 IM & TB, electronic boost controller, and Haltech 1500 on standby. To accommodate my fp red, 272 cams, racing fuel pump, TC upgrade, maperformance mani, ets itc, mitshimoto rad, and battery relocated. The drop-off to the tune shop is on the 9th of July 🤞

I got a 85mm stock block with a gouge in it. So you saying I could sleeve it.
It would have to be inspected by a machine shop but I am sure it’s possible, the sleeving makes most blocks that people label “junk” usable and reliable

Plazmaman make good parts! i have ran their intercooler for ages! English Racing run a semi long rod 153mm in their 2.2Ls
Plazaman is great forsure seen great things about them for years, and never knew semi long rod was even a thing lol thanks for sharing that
yeah bro normally long rod is 156mm but English use a 153mm! stock is 150 I reckon 153 will last longer all things being equal! i just went stock in my 2.2@@DissFooJosh
