That breakfast scramble would be great in a breakfast burrito with some black beans, salsa and avocado.
I am not a vegan nor am I a vegetarian but I found your channel thru the algorithm while watching shorts. You guys are great! Thank you for your content. I appreciate the perspective that you take on all the food you make and review.
Thank you for being welcoming and informative without being preachy!
Thank you so much! That really means a lot. We appreciate you being here!
I would love some inspiration for cold lunches that are for work. Something that doesn’t need to be microwaved and easily eaten on the go. I’m kind of bored with vegan sandwiches 😅
😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😅😮😮😮😮

Pesto protein pasta!
Salad, burritos, sushi, empanadas
Buddha bowls?
Wow! These are just what I need and I will try them soon. We enjoy you both. Keep them coming.
Easy, quick, simple and flavorful, my type of recipes. Thank you guys.
Great recipes ! Definitely giving them a try ! The chickpea toast one looked especially delicious
Can’t wait to try these recipes. Thanks for sharing 😊
These all look so delicious!
Awesome meal ideas, definitely going to try the chickpea toast. So inspiring following your marathon journey on Instagram!
I am going to try that first recipe for sure. I tried a recipe from your other high protein video that I use frequently. Thank you for the ideas.
See my response.
Thanks for the video! ^^
thank you, so helpful x
So happy to hear that! Enjoy :)
For the chili, you could also add a half cup of red lentils if you want to thicken your chilli (and also get some extra protein)
Thank you ! I’m happy to find soy free options.!
That chickpea toast looks so delicious. Must make it
See my response
Thank you for sharing and I love that you cough in every video! ❤😂
Love the soy free options, thank you!!
Please do a review of Hershey's two vegan options: Reese's plant based peanut butter cups and Hershey's plant based bar with almonds and sea salt. Thanks!
haha, I thought Jasmine looked familiar! I've been subscribed here for a few years and found out 3 weeks ago my hair is wavy/curly and I kept thinking Jasmine looked familiar!
Thank You💕
You're welcome :)
What was the last ingredient you sprinkled on the Chickpea scramble which you said gave it eggy flavor? Thank you
Hey guys..any recommendations for vegan spots near Microsoft? Expecting to take a trip there this summer?
I've asked this in several other videos yall do. What hair product do you use? You mentioned it in a video from years back but I couldn't find it again.
lol I knew it was nice and spicy when he coughed lol great video will def try this one
Commence coughing fit 😂😂❤. You guys rock
Please what pan do you use. I have an expensive one but it still makes food stick 😩😩😩😩😩
Woooow really nice 👍
These look delish! A question though, I did the math and the protein adds up to not more than 20 per meal.. the first is about 15 gms, the second is 10 and the third is about 15-20.. so total is 50-55 which isn’t enough, correct?
Thanks yall! These look good, ’m glad you didn’t die😂
when i tried chickpea flour it had a weird strong flavor, was mine wrong or it is how it is ?
Hello guys, recently I discovered your blog and I have been in love with your work since then. Im struggling being the only vegetarian in my house so I hardly have different ingredients.
Everytime I want something practical I come to your site but lately I have been having trouble with the ingredients as I said before. It would be really interesting if you'd add a list to your blog if you could add something about your shopping list, as what ingredients you feel like you must have at home as a vegan/vegetarian and to be able to follow your recipies. Im from Brasil so I dont get as much access to the different ingredients but I usually substitute easily the problem is when it is something simple that I can't substitute and I dont have it at home.
Just a suggestion that would make it easier for us, I always get lost with what should I buy at the market for my week food and end up missing some needed stuff on most of recipies.
Since you guys made all of them and have been in this journey for longer it would be really nice to know from you.
Another fantastic video Chris and Jasmine.Great that the meals are soy free because even though I don't have issues with it, I may not always be wanting to eat meals with soy in them. Love 🥰 the video and love 💞❤️ Jasmine & Chris.
Tempe is a soy product! :)
Is there an option for oil free for the egg? Does it not cook well with out the oil? I understand the non stick side, but like I don’t want to consume oil, and I don’t want to waste food. Could water/broth work? To cook on the stove?
Just wanted to say I really like your show from the really doable recipes to your product reviews. I also like that you know how pronounce turmeric! 😬 It’s not a tumor! Name that movie! 😜
Yay looooove this. So helpful!! Americans push too much protein when we actually should be watching iron and macros. It’s the reason why so many have diabetes!!!!
I would of been nice if you specified how much protein each meal had!!
I've yet to try the chickpea flour scramble... I have everything just seem to always forget 🤦♀️... I need to make it lol
I'd love to know the amount of protein so I know how much protein it is please😊
Chris have you ever been in Austin Texas?? For some reason you look very familiar.
I use vegan meat crumbles in my chili. It has tricked so many people to thinking they are eating hamburger 😂 most people request the vegan meat crumbles instead of hamburger
The first recipe with the chickpea flour…. In India, we make it by mixing yogurt with water (buttermilk), not just water. If you leave the yogurt (just the right amount) out of the fridge overnight, it will get a little sour, and will taste better. I have done this hundreds of time (I am 74), I am now diabetic Type 2, and would never consider having this without a full meal, but you have given me an idea to have it without the meal. Thanks for that.
Not all of these recipes are “soy-free” if you’re using tempeh in the last one.
The title says soy-free options :)
*tempe
@@Kaastengels no, tempeh is the correct spelling, at least in the U.S.
M8 i think your posture doesnt help with the coughing 😅
Isn’t tempeh soy 😬
4:47 "Then we'll add some tempeh..."
5:30 "We also added tempeh to this..."
5:35 "You can also add vegan ground beef like IMPOSSIBLE..."
5:40 "You can add tofu..."
From what I've seen in stores, all the tempeh and tofu contains soy, but there are recipes to make soy-free versions at home.
These content creators didn't mention preparing soy-free tempeh, and they often use commercially manufactured ingredients.
So their tempeh is probably not a "soy-free option" as indicated in this video title.
Their recommended addition of an IMPOSSIBLE meat-alternative also contains soy.
if you have a soy allergy like me, be careful not to follow any misleading information 🙂
there is chickpea tempeh too
also it is written "options" it doesn't say 100% of the recipes are soy free
HIPPIE FOOD AHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
I love your channel but my Vegan daughter ended up in the hospital with severe depletion of vitamin D and B12. Thankfully after much treatment she is doing OK now but will need to be on D and B12 forever and needs to have lab work every 6 months.
That has nothing to do with being vegan/plant based or this channel! That is obviously a poor diet in general! Sounds like your daughter has an eating disorder.
Vitamin D is sun based so it's not about the diet, B12 needs to be supplemented when vegan
Wow.. too much oil for me...
