AFPVS - 2020 Technical Session 6 : Food Losses Wastage and Technology to mitigate them

Agrovision Foundation in association with MMActiv & AgroSpectrum organized a two days conference on Food Processing from 15 - 16 December 2020 on a digital platform.
Agro - Food Processing Virtual Summit (AFPVS) 2020 was inaugurated by the august hands of Hon’ble Shri Narendra Singh Tomar, Minister for Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Rural Development, Panchayati Raj and Food Processing Industries, GoI. The event was presided over by our Chief Patron Hon’ble Shri Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways; Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, GoI.
Agro-Food processing Virtual Summit 2020 had 6 technical sessions focusing on opportunities in food processing, safety and quality issues, the role of food parks in promoting processed food, machinery & technology, food losses, wastages & technology to mitigate them, issues of marketing and export which were addressed by over 35 Speakers and attended by 1100 + registered business delegates. The Virtual Exhibition had participation from 16 top corporate companies, PSU’s, research institutes, universities such as ITC Ltd, IIFPT, Frick India, Superb Group, Nath group, IIHR, NIFTEM, MANAGE, Gujarat Food Park, MSME, Cremica Food Park, MEDC, IFGE, APEDA, etc. and visited by 2500 + professionals from across the food processing industry.
