Hi Kseny, I am benefitting a lot from your UA-cam offerings of qigong. Especially helpful to me have been the liver flow which has helped with migraine/headaches. I'm wondering if you can provide more flows for headache/migraine relief. Also, I have severe osteoporosis and as such, unable to do much flexion or extension in the spine. Can you provide alternatives in order to move energy in the spine without those particular movements? I understand that this would require more core engagement to stabilize the lower back which I am adding. Thanks so much for the work you do to benefit so many. I am very grateful!!

I love the teacup flow. I feel energy freeing and cascades gently through my body. Such a beautiful place to let go of stress and just flow. Altoid is a welcome addition with his old soul calming energy. Thank you for sharing this amazing practice. I'm unwinding day after day.

Kseny, I've been doing qigong exercises with you over 5 years, and I really really enjoy your way to guide exercises, you guide extremely gently and I really love to do this after my yoga sessions(sun) , as balancing "moon" sessions. This one was really amazing, thank you!🤍🌬

Oops it was this one with the tea cup! I do several of your videos 2X per day and then randomly on my own throughout the day finding more ease as I develop your lessons in my breath.
