As a bit of extra info about +14 stacking, the cost of purchasing +5 to +30 stacks with blackstones directly is based on the average number of blackstones it takes using +14s, with a +0 base chance from questing (because of the chance to hit the +15 and lose the stack, increasing exponentially the higher you click the +14).
So if you have +0 base chance, it is equal cost to buy the stack vs use a +14.
If you have a higher base chance (like Pansy has +2), then your chance of hitting the +15 reblath increases for the same failstack level.
Therefore it is actually more expensive on average to build your 20 stacks using a +14 reblath rather than just buying the 20 stack, and you save time too!

It’s actually cheaper to go from the +2 to +20 with a +14 rather than to use black stones, your math is wrong. By having the +2 already you need to tap 2 less times less per attempt to make the stack.

if someone's goal is getting into warring, then making a trina axe is a good one-time failstack generator on the cheap that you are glad if it goes to PEN.

I wish we could just sell failstacks. I probably have 50 to 100k worth just from playing naturally i think 3 200+ including a 269 i just failed a pen blackstar attempt with
I hate gambling. I just dont get much of dopamine hit from success... i feel relieved of stress. id much rather buy my gear but on console you can get maybe 500 caphras a week from preorders and my next gear upgrade aside from caphra levels is a pen accessory and that kind of grinding is ridiculous especially if youre hoarding youre upgrade matts
this is one reason why i don't use blackstar weapons. i don't want to grind hard to get that much rescources for upgrading, just for a weapon that requires me to grind even more in order to make the whole process worth it, lol.
when you consider the price of a pen black star, it's ridiculous how much more it costs compared to pen 20 kzarka/dandelion, while even being slightly worse for pvp in theory. i kept my normal boss weapons, upgraded slow but steady with caphras, saved more silver by avoiding the normal enhancement, than i would have gained additionally because of those extra monster ap and i can even enhance my armor pieces more often because of it.
but i have to say, i'm really not that active and maybe i grind like 30 hours a year lol. so in my case, it absolutely is a different story, where like 90% of silver is coming from guru cooking boxes. of course it is not profitable for me to go for blackstar...
This wasn’t dumbed down for new players at all. There were a lot of assumptions of what viewers know already and you spoke so fast that a new player will leave this video even more confused.
Oh man don't even bother building this system as a new player. You need a lot of Blackstone's and concentrated Blackstone's. I was able to pull it off because I had tens of thousands of BS sitting in my storage and could easily buy 5k concentrated

the fact that you have to do all this for a 5 percent chance is wild. ill literally never hit at 5 percent. dont have that kinda luck. guess im sitting with offin tett until bdo2 lol
Lmao yeah not a fan of all these but it saves time in the long run if you wanna progress the enhancing route . Not the best game mechanic design that’s for sure

Hey dude . You can follow the in game recommends. Generally it’s start at 70-80 for pri and add 50 for each level. 80/130/180/230+ etc. more FS = higher chance but ye

I think your better of after 150+ fs, raw tap TET BS. At least you make money if you get TET BS D: (4x PEN reblath at 160x2+170+180+ T.T)

Not just tet bs, I push tri boss to tet up to 120 and then tet bs onward

I never see people talking about stacking on green though. Wouldnt that be cheaper? No meme cost either, items dont cost super much and when you hit pen you can sell it to make some of the investment back.
Only bottleneck would be how much is in stock, but then you can just tap on different types, no? There's so much green gear out there.
Also I have heard of some madlad who tapped 200 fs on +14 reblath. If it works it's gotta be cheaper but I always feel like reblath +15 is about the only low chance thing i can onetap in this game xD
You can but I think reblath is still cheapest option. Green used to be the go-to back in the day when it was much harder to downgrade our +15's to 14s. For convenience we used to have more variety in the system

It still works. Only downside is the guarantee TET -> PEN every 35 fails though you're more likely to succeed than hit the 35 fails.. When you succeed it resets the counter.
Overall it helps me since I can get TET's quicker and that's the most important thing to this method

Does anyone know why not always tap on +14 Reblath only? Is it just because Tet has better fail rate? In addition, if Reblath become Pen, how much FS can you devour?
When you fail on a +14 Reblath, you gain 1 failstack. When you fail on a TET reblath, you get 5 Failstack. So at high stacks, TET to PEN has much less success rate per FS gained. You devour PEN Reblath for +70 stack I believe
Now having doubts about this system since i pen my reblath at 150

@@imPansy right. Once they hit duo and they downgrade to PRI, makes it almost impossible to stack on TET if they are constantly downgrading, no? I tried following this method but all my stack pieces kept downgrading and I was losing stacks cause they would hit duo then back down to PRI.
Just gave up and used 2 150 scrolls I had and got my TET boss gear to PEN in 5 hits each lol
@@itsahrims That's how it's supposed to be. In the process of building mid level stacks you'll fail a lot of duos and tris. All of those will eventually fund the stacks for later enhancements.

If you want failed stacks, why would you use valky+13 on your blackstar? It enhances the chance to pass.

What this video is, is it's an ideal scenario. But more practical way is to only tet reblath upto 150 unvalked. And then u use tri bs to push upto 200. This way even if you lose the stack, you still make profit and can just rebuy all the resources and start again with money on the side. But after that, you can use 3 or 4 pen boss gears dependaing on how you're feeling. Then just use devour to whatever stack you want.
Still enjoy doing it the slow way.. being full on selling/sea :3

It's inevitable that we'll hit pen Reblath's along the way. Expected! Just devour them for a free stack and continue.
They can be devoured into a +75 failstack.
Who needs failstacks when you get rng carried by j hammers, tap one pen blackstar on a 197 stack 😂 and another on 191 😂😂😂
You still used a 197 stack most people are trying to build one like that

I cannot imagine how this is working for you. I made 27 tet reblath and 2 pen reblath and couldn't pass 80fs...

Tapping on Boos off-hands is what I do at TRI and TET levels. Failures "only" cost 10 memory fragments each and getting a boss off-hand to PEN isn't a bad thing because they are used by most people.
I'll give away a little secret: Daggers or whatever class is new. Daggers are used by three classes: Witch, Wizard, and Ranger; as such, they tend to sell quickly and have decent prices.

There is no way I use anything past 180 on a reblath, just wasted a 234 stack and got pen urugons, imagine what rage would you get if it was reblath! I'd rather use some crons to get the urugons or whatever back to tet rather than using reblath

Yeah Im not a fan of the enhancement system but we knew what it was since the conception of BDO. It's always been this way, I don't expect it to change. I just hope they continue adding more intermediary steps to fill in the blanks and alleviate the cronstone issue.
i wish there where 700 gs treasure gear items that dropped in this game it could become like a regular mmo, or at least like pen boss gear that can drop, hell get rid of that dam crystal scrool pila bull shit and balance mem frags to drop from monsters.

When I think about learning a class I grind pila ku and through the years have sold so many thousand scrolls I apologize for catalyzing that boredom lol. Come to think of it my post season corsair is there might be fun to get some of those drops haha
