I applaud anyone who keeps old tools and refinishes them for continued usage. Reminds me of my Grandpa, he even had a pedal operated grind wheel that he would sharpen old dull tools with. Again, so happy to see you so animated. Take those good days and do good with them. The shop looks amazing.

Gotta love the good days! My kid (age 54) who lives 2 doors down took over my garage/shop with a car he's rebuilding and 2 motorcycles that he also rebuilt. I really love the look of your space! So clean and tidy, with no grease stains all over!

I guess I wasn’t supposed to write you a long letter... it is the first time UA-cam ever crashed while I was using it. Very happy you are experiencing relief and energy! I pray you experience more of God’s comfort as your treatments go on! I understand your thoughts about starting infusions again on Christmas Eve, however, just imagine if they took a few weeks off for the holidays... the negative results could be quite bad and permanent! Not to worry, we will pray you through this! You are a very blessed man of God with an incredible support team of Powerful Prayer Warriors fighting on your behalf. Also, please remember, The Victory is already yours! God has won the battle and you are in a win/win situation! We will keep praying for God’s comfort and healings for you and of course for doctors, nurses, Family etc. that will be supporting your physical and motional needs. Your biggest job is to remember to show God how thankful you are with your many sincere praise reports. When you respect your needs and do all you can and literally leave the rest for God or others then you will reap the best rewards. A very great lesson I learned 30 years ago when going through life’s rollercoaster ride with the pregnancy/birth and next 18 years of my son’s life is this, and it is so simple when you finally get there. Worry is so easy to do but it can be a killer. It can rob you of your life, health, happiness etc. Worry is also so easy to control. The difference between worry and concern , when you are concerned about things you do what you can and ask God to handle the rest of that situation, you no longer dwell on it or worry about it. God has it covered... TRUST HIM AND LEAVE IT TO HIM! No problem in being concerned! You’ve done all you can, now move on! Had I not learned how to integrate that into my life I don’t know how I could have ever handled all of the trials God has allowed in my life. Instead He keeps me strong through my chronic health issues that I will deal with the rest of my life as well as my cancers. You’ve got this Mark. You are also so blessed to have Jaci and your family on your team... and think of all their medical knowledge! Not sure if that is a help or curse at this t8me though. Sorry, rambling again! I am still in denial over their stage 3 cyrosis of the liver, so I am taking a cue from you and your dad and how to cope and deal with them and trying to be as supportive as i can with out crying my eyes out...... here I go again. I'm surprised your doctors didn't give you medicine for your mouth. I know you got that mouthwash, but what you have is thrush I think. Ask your doctor or Jaci about getting Nystatin. It is also a liquid you swiss around. Just a thought. It's an RX, but cheap.

I'm so thankful that you're feeling better. Chemo is so hard! I'm sure you've heard so many different stories of how others have dealt with it by now you should feel like an expert. But no two chemo's or reactions or peoples reactions are the same. My prayers are with you and your family while this thing runs its course and until the 5 year cancer free point! Stay strong and when you feel like crying, cry! Tears do not mean weakness💜
I vote for changing that date to December 26th, so you'll be feeling good for Christmas with the family. So happy you're feeling "normal" today & this week.

If an MRI on Christmas Eve sounds bad, I had to go to the proctologist on my birthday. A cashier at Walgreens told me her husband had to get a colonoscopy on his birthday. You and I are getting off lucky next to that poor fellow.
I don't know if it is available to you however I was given a supposedly "better" ointment for treating mouth ulcers - Triamcinolone acetonide (brand name Kenalog). Apparently one of the best although not for use if you have a bacterial infection. Maybe ask your Doc if suitable? Wishing you all the best.
