Thanks for the great tips. You could save the "stencil" and use it as a jig in the MISTI to stamp multiples of one die cut.
So, by providing SVG files for the stamps you design, we don’t have to buy coordinating dies which are usually twice the price of the stamp set. Therefore, we can buy twice the amount of stamps! Genius! Thank you for helping us stretch our craft dollars. You have a customer for life in me!

Well I went and did it! I got myself a Joy! Your box opening did it for me. So far I love her and I am so excited about being able to cut your SVG and taking her to crops instead of luging all the other equipment. She is perfect!! I have an android so I am excitingly waiting for the PC demo. MayMay you are the best!! I am so glad to have found you. You put Joy in my life in more ways than one! No pun intended. LOL
I really wish more companies would do this. I really think it's the future.

I used vinyl and put an image on my mat cover so that: 1) it looks cute
2) it can be “seen” if it slips to the floor

Thank you for showing! I never was able to figure out how to download the svg files off the website using my computer. Now that I know how off my phone I can see if I can figure it out again on the computer. By the way, I have an android and it's just a little different than iPhone. You have to select choose a photo to upload the svg file. XOXO

I use a Silhouette Cameo 3
I am looking forward to doing this with "much obliged" and 'big time sayings" stamp set
Can you stamp an image, create a svg and cut it using your Cameo3?
@@marymassman258 you can stamp on paper and use the pixscan mat by silhouette. Use the trace tool and outline tool to cut it that way as well.

The svgs work the same for the air 2. You are loading the svgs to design space. I just used my phone to do it here. But it is the same process, you would just cut from your air 2.

Thank you so much for this video. I have had this since it came out and I have only cut one project with it. You make this so easy! I tried to cut My Cup Runneth Over and it even if I change the size to 4x6, it is trying to cut on 3 pages. Any tips?

Hi mamas , enjoyed the after show, ok , I followed your video for the joy with the same stamp set , even made sure it was 4” 6” but when I go to cut on the mat it show up on two different mats. Meaning the images are on two mats for a cut. What am I doing wrong?

It’s the same process except when I use the Joy specific card mat. Design Space works for both of the machines.

No, not like the scan n cut. Thanks
Something that just popped into my mind is (if you don't have a ScanNCut) scanning stamped images on your printer and saving them on your computer. It's been a long time since I've done this so I'm not sure what formats you can save the scans into, i.e., SVG, JPG, PNG, BMP, etc. If you can save into SVG, you're set to go! If any of the others, you can find free file converters online. I just woke up so it's amazing what rest will do for your memory recall! If this doesn't work, I'm going to be so embarrassed! Lol! What do you think, @maymay made it crafts?
Can you share how you created the actual SVG?
Hi Maymay, I tried to download the items into a dropbox and I can’t seem to get it to go into my cricket. It needs to unzip. Will you show how to make a folder inside of the dropbox? And you did mention something about showing how to use the computer to get the images into cricket design space. Maybe that would be easier for me.

I appreciate you explain the svg upload when they upload wrong. I have older sets that would not work for me. My computer just died and looking for a new one but haven't switched to Apple yet. Is Apple easier to use than a reg laptop? Any recommendations welcome...
I have been an Apple user for years and wouldn’t think of going back. It’s so easy, I even switched our offices to Apple over time and everyone here prefers it.

What if I have other stamp sets that do not come with SVG files. Will the Joy also be applicable on those so I do not need to purchase the often expensive dies? Thanks MayMay!!
Hi, unfortunately if the stamp sets do not come with or you are not able to purchase the SVG you will need to buy the dies or fussy cut those images, thanks

You sure can, just download them and use them as you usually use your svgs. Thanks
I haven’t had a cricut machine since the original so I know nothing about design space. Is it something that you have to pay for or is it free to use?
Design Space is Free. You can link your legacy cartridges to your account to use the images in Design Space. They do have "Access" which is a fee to use the images.
Maymay... what is that Joy icon on your phone? I have a Joy but I never saw an app for it!?
I believe the Joy App is only available for IOS.

KER yes, you take the SVG and the Joy cuts it out like a die cut, then you can stamp
