Hey May May! I don’t do much card making anymore but when I do, I’m loving the idea of these smaller cards and then to make the envelopes for them too is great. I love to hear your lovely Alabama accent. I was born in Mobile, (many years ago) so it’s my “native tongue” too. Haven’t lived there since I was a young child, but I will fall into talking “Southern” if I’m around others with a Southern accent for very long. Thanks! God bless!
I haven't jumped on the slimline card bandwagon yet, but can see myself trying these minis. The larger ones seem to waste a lot of paper -- and I already have enough scraps.😀 Thanks for the quick/easy policy envelope demonstration, too. I always forget how easy it is to make one.
I can always count on you to save me money. I was about to spend so much $$$ on dies to make mini slim cards and envelopes but here you are showing me how to use the supplies I already have! Thanks so much!
I really enjoyed this tutorial and will be trying my hand at the mini slimline. It's cute and unique and will stand out when the recipient picks up their snail mail, I love your card design! Cute!
I really like this mini slimline card and will probably be trying to make one myself soon. I'm new to card making but I have been watching your videos for a while now. I've learned so much from them.
Thanks so much for your excellent explanation of not only the slim line mini card but also the envelope. I could definitely see me making some of these and I appreciate knowing the differences of the envelopes. Thanks for sharing!
You are too funny ordering multiple packs of envelopes. Love it. I really like this size card and am surprised I had not seen it before. Thanks for sharing your talent
I have been making this size for as long as I have been crafting. I especially like being able to utilize 6"x6" paper pads. Now we need to see a few mini-slimline dies! Thank you for sharing.
So cute. I made some mini slimlines and found that they fit in check- sized (3 1/2x6 1/2) envelopes, game changer and time saver! Now my new favorite card to make for fund raisers.
I follow a lot of channels and have seen mini slimlines all over you tube. I love the way you explain everything and make it so easy to follow. This card is adorable, and so quick to make. And you are right, a few stamps or embellishments go a long way on these smaller cards, looks great!
I love your take on mini slimlines. Your envelope is cute too. I've made them for a few years now due to wanting to get 4 cards out of a 12x12. I'll definitely give your measurements a try. Thanks Maymay.
This Awsome Maymay! I also prefer the size you used! Plus many companies are making layering dies to fit this size. Very Cute card as Always! ❤😘 thank you for a chance to win a box of envelopes. 👍❤
Maymay just love this card! You are absolutely correct when you say it takes up more "real estate!" Just happened to fall into this video, have been making "slimline" cards, love this!!! TFS!
This mini slimline card is really cute. I just made a regular slimline card using the Cricut. Now I have to make the mini slimline cards. Thanks for the video and measurements. I will be sharing this with my SIL.
I’ve been wanting to make a mini for awhile. When I 1st saw them about a year ago, I wasn’t a fan. Now that I’ve seen more of them I can see myself making them. I don’t know if I will make more of these than slim lines, for me I love the real estate you get with a slim line but A2 size is great too. Thank you for sharing !
I love this size. I have made these for years. Mostly because that is the size envelopes I often had. I can make my own envelopes, but sometimes I am in a hurry.
The scallop punch is my favorite punch, besides the regular corner rounder punch. I really like your "homemade" envelope! I have to try this size card and that envelope! Thanks for sharing this idea, Maymay!
I love the MINI slimline card. and thank you for all the measurements, you are always awesome at including that for us! I wasn't impressed with the FULL size slimlines, but definitely will be making these!
I didn't think I would love this card, cause one I am new at card making and two I just learned the A2 but after watching this video. I LOVE IT. I can't wait to try a mini slime line out. Thank You MayMay!
~LOVE~ those cards are so cute!!! Hey, your ahead of the crowd and you didn't even realize it when you made your Grams Brag Book using a 6x6 Paper Pack!!! You were making Mini Slimline Cards you just didn't know it. LOL!
Ok I haven’t really been interested in the slimline cards. BUT.....these are so stinking cute!!!!!! I really need to try these!! Thank you for sharing such an adorable card!
Now I'm waiting for the comments asking you for an "As many as..." using 6x6 or 12x12 paper packs for these mini slim lines.. Seriously, they are super cute. I never considered slim lines before, but now I am. Thank you for showing this. I have a ton of 6x6 pads I need to use up.. I keep getting them, then keep forgetting to use them. Also have a couple Mintay 6x8s I can use too. Yay
I love the mini slimline card. I would use a 32lb paper to make the envelope. It is a little stronger then a regular sheet of paper. Thanks Maymay for the video. May be my new fav too!
Oh wow Maymay - I would love to use those envelopes - you are always so generous - the mini slimline cards are absolutely adorable! I may get hooked on making them!
I wanted to come back and thank you. For years I've been making A2 sizes, but the mini slimline cards have helped me effectively use up a ton of unused one-sided 6 x 6 paper and the standard envelopes are perfect and don't need extra postage. I've been making simple batch cards. Sentiments work well with out too much more fuss. Doing batch cards also help me figure out consistency with my measurements. Other wise it takes me sooo long for one card.
Oh my gosh, I too love this little size! it's Adorable! Thanks for the full 411! I get your reasonings BUT looking on the sunny side... using your size you can use 6X6 Patterned papers and get two card fronts leaving a nice white mat or border and 8 card fronts out of a 12X12!! I've seen them but your excitement about them has inspired me to go and play!
I made mini Slimline cards when it wasn't cool. In fact I had a difficult time with adjusting to A2. Those envelopes are what we called letter envelopes (am I dating myself?). We were even taught how to properly fold a letter for those envelopes. So now I can use up my inherited letter envelopes. 😉
Love this design. Just saw the box video to hold these. Making cards for a variety of occasions would be a great gift for someone who isn't able to get out and shop!
Good afternoon May May. I haven’t been on your videos for sometime but when I saw this envelope making video I just had to see how you did it and may I say, it seems very easy and it would save a lot of money from buying a box of them. I would have to get myself a scorer and one of those scorer sticks too to be able to make my own. Sometimes there are times when I need an envelope and the ones I have are either too big or too small and then I’m out of an envelope. Buy, thank you for this video even though it was a few months old. God bless to you and Vinnie. Sue(Clearwater, Florida)❤️🙏🏻🌴😎🦋👍🏻👼😘🥰🤟🏻❌⭕️❌⭕️
I have made a lot of mini slimline cards. I just like the size and it’s perfect for money/cash gifts. Almost all my graduation cards are mini slimlines.
Cute card! Love all the info in your video. When my son was in grade school (small school), the PTC President ordered spiral tablets with the school name on. She meant to order 12 dozen, but she ordered 12 gross (12x144)!
I saw another one of your videos where you made the slimline cards. Love that size now that I know there are envelopes in that size. Thanks for the give-away opportunity. :-)
I was NOT going to get into the slimline craze. But I do like the mini slimline. You've convinced me--I think I will try making some. I will need to get some envelopes. For some reason when I make my own envelopes, they never turn out right. LOL
I love that card size, and the envelope as well. I will be making these for a while, however, I have a gazillion A2 card sets, but it's not like either will go out of style, LOL.
I love this size card. I have resisted the urge to make regular slim line cards because 1) I don't think I have the right stamps to fit; and 2) I felt like the envelope looked too much like junk mail or solicitations. I will definitely be trying this size.. Thanks for sharing and including envelope instructions.
Hey May May! I don’t do much card making anymore but when I do, I’m loving the idea of these smaller cards and then to make the envelopes for them too is great. Maymay, enjoying all the slimline stuff. Love your videos with all your paper crafting, etc. Thanks for all you all do.

I think I like this size of slimline card better than the bigger size, thanks for sharing.
I really enjoyed this tutorial and will be trying my hand at the mini slimline. It's cute and unique and will stand out when the recipient picks up their snail mail, I love your card design! Cute!

You are too funny ordering multiple packs of envelopes. Love it. I really like this size card and am surprised I had not seen it before. Thanks for sharing your talent
Too many envelopes!🤣 I just came home from five days in the hospital and needed a good laugh! I have done the same thing! Thanks for the laugh!
I make lots of cards for my church and I like to have different looks! I am for sure going to make these!!! Thank you for sharing and God bless you!
I have so many 6 by 6 paper pads and I can't wait to make some mini slim line cards! Especially donating

I think mini slimline looks like I would really enjoy making.
Mini slimelines are adorable and it's nice because you probably have a number 6 3/4 envelope at the house.
So cute Maymay! I agree...I’ve been having fun making mini slimline cards. I also agree that it makes me happy when it fits the envelope. 🍀
TFS!
I love making slimline cards. They are cool and different, and now I can try to make cards with these mini slimline. Thanks for sharing.
I normally make A2 cards but I'm really liking the mini slim line size card and have been looking for envelope choices. Great video!
This mini slimline card is really cute. I just made a regular slimline card using the Cricut. Now I have to make the mini slimline cards. Thanks for the video and measurements. I will be sharing this with my SIL.
Such a cute card and envelope! Thank you, Maymay! 👍👍👍

I love the new slim line cards! I also love the idea of getting four cards out of a 12x12 sheet of cardstock. Great ideas.
Love it ❣️This will make it so much easier for me to mass produce cards for my card ministry. Small card with a big impact! Thanks for sharing❣️
Love it. Thanks for sharing measurements in such detail. You’re a great teacher!
I was NOT going to get into the slimline craze. But I do like the mini slimline. You've convinced me--I think I will try making some. I will need to get some envelopes. For some reason when I make my own envelopes, they never turn out right. LOL

Thanks for the envelope idea. I use 24 or 28 pound copy paper to make envelopes. When I have 32 pound copy paper, it works too.
I love that card size, and the envelope as well. I will be making these for a while, however, I have a gazillion A2 card sets, but it's not like either will go out of style, LOL.
I have made a few mini slim line cards. It's a good option to use craps and smaller die cuts. It was a lot of fun.

Thanks for sharing and including envelope instructions.
