WANDERFUL behind the scenes
The colors are beautiful, they all match and you can tell there was a lot of effort and hard work put into it. Not just some “lut” this takes skill!!. When someone is as good as Ben TK, it’s hard to give them compliments, because they blows your expectations out of the water and you are just here wishing you could create art 🖼 the way he does. Love this!
Friend, when everything below middle grey is pitch black and you can't see anything it's not about going out of your way to not give compliments. This is supposed to represent the camera and the brand, and the grade is garbage.
This camera looks incredible! And that shot through the car @3:45 is 👌.

Cody Bryce huh? He’s saying whoever edited it, did a terrible job with the over saturated outs and how it all but loses the dynamic range the Sony engineers worked so hard to improve. It’s far too contrasty and loses a ton of the detail. I’m not even mad at the colors they chose, I don’t think it being unrealistic is the problem. But scaling back the lut strength by like 20 percent would’ve done miracles

THANK YOU! camera companies release new cameras with improved DR, resolution, codecs, and the first thing these “influencers” do is toss a teal and orange lut on it🤦🏾♂️ . News flash people, teal and orange is no different in either 8,10, or 12 bit. 🤦🏾♂️

what lenses did you use? i guess the focus tracking is possible only with sony lenses right?

Can't watch any videos these days without uber-saturated teal/orange and speed ramp ad nauseam. Skin tone is off too.

What happened at 10:08? Youre talking about skin tones, but you look red. Was the white balance just set incorrectly? Or is this an issue? Also, some of the ferns were too yellow.
Otherwise, great video; it's a great camera for sure.
color grading is interesting that's all, he's not aiming for ultra accurate color for his recordings.

What kind of ND filter and adapter are you using?
You need to try the "overheat improvement" in hot country or in summer... I wonder if you use it in 35 degrees above... and do the 4K long play... wonder how long it may take... :)

Its looks like it was filmed with a typical DSLR with teal and orange LUT slapped on it..i would like to see the natural colours with some slight grade instead

Natural colors out of camera would be garbage lol. Slog and HLg don’t look real at all. This grade would be fine if it wasn’t so over contrasty.

Yes i would agree it is his style..But this is more of camera review show..He would have stayed with the most natural colors in my opinion..
I am big fan of ben Tk but he shouldnt have applied his unique luts into a camera that can capture amazing images..He would have gone for more natural looking colors..Again that is my opinion
Who cares about the colour grade if it looks good. If you want to see natural colours, go outside.
@@ISRAADVISUALS Yes this is a camera review used with his style of shooting. If not, why have different reviewers if they are all gonna shoot and grade the same way. No, you get different type of shooters that will use your camera in different ways. That way, for customers, we will look at the style that appeals to us the most, and get a sense of how the camera will look and act.

I came for BTS and I found gold
7:12 - Why do people insist on calling a well lit subject in a dark environment "low light". He's holding a torch with fire that is very bright, so he is pretty well lit up and naturally the surrounding is black. Any camera will look perfectly fine in this situation if you know how to expose the footage. The AF is pretty good though.

@POGLIFE no not really they are saying they made huge improvements there. No comparison to the a7sii.
@POGLIFE That's not true in this case, because he mentioned in the video that most of the footage was shot in standard profile. The filmmaker here likes the contrasty and crushed shadows. Everyone has their own preference.
