      Thanks for your comment! I do appreciate it 🤗 Anyways, I love the product and I use it all the time. So far, it has been the only one that doesn't smear my stamping ❤️🩷💜

    I have both of these, but I like the Moyra better. It just seems to flow easier to me, which helps minimize smudges. Thanks for the video - I think it’s very helpful ❤

    I haven't had a chance to try the Moyou yet but agree with the brush assessment on the Apipila (might have attempted a swap out but am down to the last few drops). However, I am now starting with the Tipsy Topper version so looking forward to seeing how this one performs. Thanks for these reviews: very informative!

      Yeah, I'd do a brush change on Apipila and it'd be perfect. I hope you have good resulta with the new one. Thanks for watching, glad you liked the video ❤️🤗

    How long do you wait before applying the top coat? I just used the MoYou top coat for the 1st time and there was a tonne of smudging 😢

    • @TinyFingersnailart
      @TinyFingersnailart  Рік тому +2

      Hi! For this test, I applied it just after stamping (a couple of minutes). I'd recommend trying to float the brush and not applying too much pressure. If your design is black and has a lot of negative space, you could wait a bit more to give the chance for the polish to dry a bit better. I hope it helps 🤗👍

    I use the Maniology Smudge-Free Topcoat. I’ve been happy with it so far. Haven’t tried these other brands. How do you feel they compare to Maniology’s?

    • @TinyFingersnailart
      @TinyFingersnailart  Рік тому

      Hi! I don't buy products from this brand anymore but what I remember when I used it is that it works pretty good but I had to let the polish dry longer otherwise, I'd have some smudge sometimes. With the Apipila one I haven't seen any smudge even if I apply it right away over after stamping. Hope it helps 🤗❤️

      Hi! I'm disappointed about something that happened last year and a statement that this brand issued, it was all over social media 7 months ago. You can watch this video bu Ruby_on_nails that explains👍

      I don’t have MoYou but in my experience maniology performs in much the same way. I like it now that I’m more experienced, but apipila is the go to since there’s no “tricks” to get it to work every time.

  • @Gotaluvpolish
    @Gotaluvpolish Рік тому +1

    I love Apipila the best, but I have noticed, no matter what brand, if it's waterbased top coat it shrinks my polishes at the tips. Only on natural nails if it's on tips it's fine. IS there anything else you can think of that can help prevent that?

    • @TinyFingersnailart
      @TinyFingersnailart  Рік тому +2

      Hmmm do you apply a fast dry top coat on top of the waterbased one? Some fast dry top coats can cause shrinking, especially when the previous coat is not fully dry. I'd wait for the waterbased top coat to fully dry before applying the other one. I hope it helps 🤗👍

    • @Gotaluvpolish
      @Gotaluvpolish Рік тому +1

      @@TinyFingersnailart Hmm. I think you're right and next time I'll wait longer. Unfortunately I don't have anything other than QDTC because I paint my nails at night after kids are asleep and don't want to wait longer than I have too. But I guess I'll wait a little bit longer to test this out. Thank you!

      @@TinyFingersnailartAlso, I decanted the product into an empty bottle of top coat that I had cleaned out after finishing it. It helps with the brush issue. Then I moved the sticker from one bottle to the other one so I know what it really is!

    • @TinyFingersnailart
      @TinyFingersnailart  Рік тому

      Let me know how that works! 🤗 I also use fast dry top coat but I just make sure the previous coat is fully fully dry. The waterbased top coat tend to take longer to dry 😅

    I had a lot of trouble finding Apipila online and couldn't figure out how to order it.
    Also I saw a purple polish on the beginning of the video from clear jelly stamper. What do you think of theirs "smear not" polish? I was thinking of trying out theirs.

    • @TinyFingersnailart

      I see that the website where I got it from is changing name, website, etc. Though, I found that it's available here lbofhorrors.com/products/apipila-smudge-free-top-coat?_pos=4&_psq=apipila&_ss=e&_v=1.0
      I haven't tried the Clear jelly stamper one but I've heard good things, I love their polishes. In my opinion is a good brand! I might try it next 🤗
