Fantastic video and production quality! I have the Sinn 556i and it could easily be a 'one watch collection'. Incredible quality with a classy, legible style that works in virtually any situation.
Delighted to see a Christopher Ward watch in the video. I'm a big fan and not only because I wear one every day, but because it has my name on the dial! How cool is that? Great watches, great quality, great prices and great people.
A couple years ago I managed to snag a pre-owned Weiss 38mm for $825, and I've always felt for their used prices (a tad under $1k) they're especially a darn good deal. Cameron worked for both AP and Vacheron, and to get a hand-assembled and hand-finished watch by a watchmaker of that skill set is something unique and special for its price.
Love my Sinn 556i. Definite a GADA watch. The price has climbed over the years--so it's no longer the relative bargain/value that it was one was--but the fit and finish is really excellent for the price. Definitely a bit toolish but very versatile. You can dress it up with a leather strap, or down with canvas strap or NATO. Love in the inky dial of the I reference.
Second hand at 6 o’clock is not a complication. Rather, second hand at the center (with hour and minute hand) can be considered as a complication depending on the point of view or the design of the movement.
"The 300 remains the suitable everyman's choice for those who aren't planning on any serious diving past a thousand feet." So.. the PADI advanced open water diving cert is for down to 30m/100ft. The deep diver cert is beyond 40m/130ft. Anything past that are technical dive courses, basically for professionals. The deepest Saturation dive was approx 500m/1500ft, the deepest non Saturation dive was approx 320m/1000ft. People who NEED watches capable of 1000ft/300m dives are few and far between. And they all use dive computers.
Since you have Sinn on your list, the 556 is their basic model with none of the sinn tech. Look at the Ezm3f and 856 or 856 utc that is right at the 2k mark. They have all the tech Sinn is known for. 856 has tegimented steel as well. Best value for money. Beats any other brand out there at this price.

Sinn watch ist good but I like not the strap! The best watch you have present here for me is the PRX Chrono, it looks very cool and have highend quality and the price is also very good !! At last you can easy replace the Nomos with other German brands like Glashütte Original or Union Glashütte or with the Junghans Brand they present more value for less price 🤗
The content of this video is great, but please, get a different voice-over. Not to be rude and just want to offer feedback for improvement, but the droning is impossible to listen to.
@@mysticmoon3322 I could do better, heck I bet we all could do it! Problem is, we got people out her pretending they’re qualified to do something when they aren’t. This way of speaking is grating, there’s no account for bad taste tho.
Considering that a lot of people watch UA-cam from none English speaking country's you should be speaking even more gibberish and ofcourse much faster. I'm sure you'll get more subs. PS. I lasted 2' 14" . 👎👎👎

I recently discovered the brand and I really like Bel Canto and Twelve X. That’s cool that you can wear your name on your wrist while looking stylish.
This might be the best video of its kind on UA-cam. I knew it was a serious video when I saw Cristopher Ward and Weiss on the list.
Thanks for the feature!

This was a really good video. Heads up Cameron Weiss moved his company to Nashville a couple of years ago.
Used to say Los Angeles on the dial. Now sterile. 😢
HiConsumption is turning out some outstanding content regarding watches these days. Great work!
Thank you! Very much appreciated 🙏
Great selection and video. Of course everyone will have seiko Hamilton and other options but your selection list is great
Love the look of the Doxa and the Nomos.

Agreed. The versatility of this watch is hard to beat
NOMOS, YES! But IMO,get a good Omega vintage instead..😊

My dream is an Oris, Sinn 556 and that Weiss looks stunning
If I could have one watch tho it would be the oris
Great video! 👍
great video. i would have chosen the hamilton khaki field auto for the field watch
Definitely can't go wrong with the Hamilton Khaki Field Auto. We included it in our best under $1,000 guide: ua-cam.com/video/ZPFdPgWEI_E/v-deo.html

that Tissot, omg....stunning
Sinn 🔥
great choices, great content.
Great choices! The only unfortunate part is that the "normal" 556 could be had under 1000 a while ago.
Or….for much less and almost identical….the Atticus Icarus.
I see a 556i rs online used for $900 right now
Yes, the price has gone up quite a bit over past 5 years. Also true of many other watches, though.

Sadly tissot had a price hike, for the chrono they added 200€, nevertheless it's still 5€ under 2k
The Tissot “Reverse Panda Dial” would be a black dial with white sub dials. 🐻❄️
that's what I was going to say
What happened to that Doxa? Looked like it had been in a rock tumbler with all the scratches on the case back and a giant divot in the bezel
best watch under 2000 watch forum
i like tudor 1926 under $2000
Doxa Sub 300 Professional costs above 200 USD.
Hm. Not one Longines in this segment?
This review sounds like it was done with Chat GPT no feeling to it just spitting out facts welcome to the world of Artificial Intelligence.

@@Hiconsumption great information but maybe slow it down a little.
Thanks, and appreciate the feedback!
Doxa Sub 300 has been $2490 for a long time. I think you got the Sub 300 price mixed up with the Sub 300T price.
Dude...even a 500 dollars is too much for me 😅
Sibilance is annoying.

Yeah, strange feedback… his voice is fine
Seems fine to me
Weird inflection points driving me nuts
It literally sounds fine? But maybe pinecone boy should do the voiceover

Weiss is not impressive for that price. PRX... ? Who can be impressed with PRX especially when every Insta acc is sharing stories with it?
