I have had them all. Had good service from Suzuki and Kawasaki. That being said the Honda is very dependable and the resale value is outstanding. I have a early 2000s recon and it has been rode to death but it is still running. Honda is hard to beat.
I recently switched out my bias ply front tires for a pair of radials. Did so because I do a lot of asphalt riding. Wow. What a difference. I don't do any sport riding, so it radials from now on.
Stick with Honda. Ex Military here, Infantry, driving instructor. My experience, Honda is the best. I have a 2021 Rubicon Foreman. Will be giving it to the wife soon before buying another larger for myself. We're just starting the adventure of self sustainability. Cheers!
I'm a suzuki man... have happily had my 250 for 20 years and the only issue was the fact the plonkers didn't fit in line fuel filters from the factory.. 😅. Stay safe 🏴
First time I was married was a living hell and how we stayed together for close to 18 years is beyond me. Sometimes it's better to be single, enough said.
Early 90s suzuki king quads and 250s are just as reliable as any honda. Suzuki is the bar in early quads. 30 years later they are still running like new with just a little cleanup.
Hard to go wrong with any of the big four manufacturers of Japan. I'm on my 2nd Suzuki Kingquad......my 1st 2009 KQ500Axi powersteering got smashed by a tree in a storm with 4000miles and 420h. Ran like a top, and never gave me any trouble for work or fun. Replaced it with a 2020 KQ750 and is as reliable as ever......just keep clean (for longevity) and replace filters and fluids.
Josh, a suggestion for the U bolt on the 500. Trim down the threads, and use acorn nuts with a little thread locker. No worries on them catching on jeans and such then.
Dang! All three of those are NEW. I am still using a 2000 Kawasaki Prairie 400 4x4. 24 years and going strong. I had a new drive belt installed a few years ago.
suggestion for mounting bolts that stick out use the acorn nut with locking feature then you can cut excess bolt threads off the acon nut basically has round dome and hex wrench shoulder reduces snaging
Never had a Honda atv , we started in mid 80s with kawasaki bayou185 . Then went to suzuki ltf 250 2x4 had 2 of those , Then I bought a second hand 2002 suzuki quadrunner 500 4x4 and still have it love this bike
Don’t own a Honda, but mine is 15 years old and still runs like a champ. On the farm, I use it mostly for transportation. Have a Honda powered UTV for hauling and work. Couldn’t imagine not having a ATV on the farm
A lot of people are 'crap nuts' about side by side units up here in the Nort. I mean, they are everywhere! They like to get muddy, I guess! ha They kick up dust on shoulders, no big deal really as long as they don't cross in front of me! I've always thought getting a 4-wheeler rather than a snowmobile, is more functional in winter here, and/or overall.
I love all of my Hondas, they are bulletproof. The shaft drive is tough to break. That being said, the dealers tend to have some egos. Just Say’n 🇺🇸🦅🇺🇦
What?! How did I miss that Mrs. Stoney ridge is gone again. I had to back uo the video and watch it again. I try to watch any and all video Josh puts out, but I guess i missed some...or was there one specific? Sorry to be behind the times. all the best to you Josh, thanks for the review on the new Honda's, I have a 2015 Rubicon, love it, dont use it as much as i want to though. Cheers
I use a legal pad in my shop filing cabinet for all my oil changes I have to many vehicles not to month day and years and what was done to it even major repares.
Hi Josh ,enjoying speaking your mind , would you speak on mind on issues on stupid things the government does to us citizens. In our area of Va. we are eat up with coyotes which were introduced here. Then Gasoline containers that every user waists more for the ground and environment. Thanks Josh

You could solve all your issues by getting rid of those 4 wheelers and drive your Toyota on the land. You do not have a golf course you have a cow pasture. No damage done and the battery will stay charged.
Josh, your last few videos you stressed you really wanted to get rid of vehicles, that you had to much stuff to maintain. I must have missed something???
I have a honda foreman with 16,000 miles used it for work and play and it is still going strong. All my buddies run other machines and i chuckle to myself and tell them "I have more miles and reverse than they have going forward"
for me its shitt i was in farming during 27 years i buy in 91 honda fourtrax pfff 3 months later i buy old suzuki tracker its where the best betwin these 2 real four wheells

Honda…best machine for hunting, working, and utility hands down.
Will not win any speed races, but by far the best long-term reliability.

I have been riding bikes and ATVs since the 70s and it’s always been Honda.

My Honda farm wheeler is the most used thing on my farm. Love it .
I love it!
Honda only...agree

2008 Honda rancher. Quiet an smooth as butter

I like your farming method . Yep owned 2 Hondas 👍🏻🇦🇺.
I'm old, and I find it tiresome climbing on and off of ATV's. I've been using a 6x4 John Deere gator for many, many years, and am VERY satisfied.
WooooooooooHeeeeeeeeHeeeeeeeeee!! Alright!🤗
Had a neighbor that had a Honda. Old man that rode it every day. Over 30000 miles when he died. Very little down time.
Definitely an Honda fan, too! 💪

Maybe it is just me but does it seem that he gets burned on all sorts of things. Ford pickup, Honda Element, people dumping trash and now these.
Just a suggestion, why not get some heavy duty tie wraps and tie wrap the rack to the 4 wheeler.
May try adjusting the valves on the one that smokes a little. The dealer really stressed that back in the day or our old 300 fourtrax.
I use a legal pad in my shop filing cabinet for all my oil changes I have to many vehicles not to month day and years and what was done to it even major repares.
Get u a small electric chain saw..u won't regret it
I use a 1983 Suzuki 125 I bought for my daughter around my property and I’m 6’3 280 🤣
Love the assessment of all 3.
I had a 420 rancher that was electric shift and the only problem I had was the shift motor went out so I replaced it
Hey Josh thank you for the video and I hope whoever you're with had a nice happy Valentine's Day and your mother to and your welcome to woo
How reliable is your electric shift? Any problems with it?
whats the warning on the back of the seat on the blue bike that you carry passangers on. Sorry to hear about the wife
Run some injector cleaner through a few tanks of fuel.
We dnt have any honda utv's. I have mostly polaris. Ibalsobhabe some old yamahas that are running sting agyer 20 years.
15:47 Shifting gears. I learned on a non-synch 9 speed with a 2 speed split rear.
I would love a video on your mic and video equipment
Josh we have a 2002 Honda Foreman 400
Thanks, very informative.
How well do you 500s pull the drag harrow? Do you think a 400 would pull it as easily? To that end, would a 400 be able to pull the bale unroller?
Take one of each!
Me too!!

Tammy, can you tell me where he talks about being burned on a deal?
❤videos ❤
You can probably find a plastic nut that can cover teh exposed bolts on that rack system.
Buy Honda....and be done. They just work. My buddies 85 trx 250 still runs.
What happened to the Honda you put a front bucket on?
awesome
do you have any thoughts on Honda Fourtrax Rancher
Red Rub needs the valves adjusted.. Shouldnt!!! But does
Great assessment but you didn’t mention the cost of each.
Pickey ?
I’m starting to think you buy sub par stuff knowing that it junk just so you can fuss about it and make videos😑
They call all terrain but a danger on hills…be careful.
can you turn them over ?
It sounds like the valves are out of adjustment
Nice god bless

He did a Live on that. They separated at the beginning of the year.
