Stage 4: "If there was any doubt remaining that this game's design was slapdashed together..."
Stage 5: "It's Clocktower's Beat! Not Basement Melodies!"
Stage 6: "How long is this bridge!? And why is Dracula throwing out knives from his crotch?"
Wow. Never knew there was an arcade castlevania game? Im going to see if i can find more. I beat most of the hard nes games and now im trying my hand at old arcade games... And im getting my ass kicked. Im trying to beat games on one coin. Ive been working on willow for about a month now. I respect the effort you put into mastering this game
Stone Golem in 4th stage is the hardest boss.
The item that stops the time is enough to make every boss easy. I loved this game when a was a teenager.
Amazing how with just a wise use of colors you can make a game on a vastly inferior console look much better than it's arcade counterpart.
that stage 6 music is amazing
dont wait until night
i have 0 clue how anyone ever beat this game let alone do a no death run of it, you are a gaming god
I played this in Konami Arcade Collection on Switch. The Western version was impossible to beat, but the Japanese version was much more playable!
Also, why does Simon look like he’s got a hip cramp? I know he’s simply carrying his weapon, but still.
Version M is the most difficult. Versions E and K are easier. Same goes with the Japanese versions N and P.
Whoa, this soundtrack is outstanding! So Castlevania *chef's kiss*
that intro made me laugh so hard, then after I was done, I couldn't help but think that simon had to take a #2 asap XD
11:18 When I heard that song I knew it sounded familiar, but I couldn't really figure out where I've heard it. But then I figured it out that it's the same song from the Mine of Judgement in Dawn of Sorrow. 😁👍
13:08 dat scream
Exactly like how my gf screams.

Thank you for this video because I love Castlevania and I've tried to play this game a hundred times and it's so got awful I can't do it.
Gonna have back problems if he keeps walking with that posture
This version was so notorious they ported the Nintendo version under the "Nintendo Vs." line of arcades which were just modified NES consoles.
