Have a look at the suspension if possible.
Bounce test the car, will give away any major suspension problems. Shouldn’t be too creaky or move too much.
Finally have a look underneath the car.
Particularly under the engine bay. Want to look for any leaks. If dripping, even slowly, that’s very bad. Just a little moisture is often ok.
Clear watery fluids is most likely just condensation from the AC. Look out for oil which is black or coolant, which come in an array of colours.
Leaks under other parts of the car colour be from brake fluid, the differential or the exhaust.
Have a look at the rest of the underbody for rust, major bendage suggesting a crash.

True the engines go forever! To bad other parts go, especially suspension bushings etc
