I just found this video...and what's funny is that I have that set of stickers! I believe I got them from Michaels. Anyway...I love this, all the color and texture. It's beautiful!
Love the way it turned out and you're right it does look like the rose has been there for a long time. My Word for the year??? I need to start thinking about it and it's got to be different this year with more thought. I love the way you explained everything as you went, it helps a lot.

I just "discovered" you a few months ago and I am so thankful for your videos. I love multi-media art and have dabbled in it and bought lots of fun supplies (lots of them still unopened). But your process and your beautiful projects have inspired me greatly. So much so, I have already placed 3 orders from your shop AND I purchased your abstract workshop. It is amazing!! I have watched all the videos and will start back at the beginning and start doing the projects this weekend. I am really excited about creating again. Thank you so much for your part in that!! My word for 2018 was done. I was just done with a lot of things that no longer serve me and my word for 2019 is fearless. I am trying new things and doing new things and even if it is scary, I am moving past my fear and doing them anyway.

Thank you for explaining WHY you're adding a layer or using a technique. I've watched a lot of mixed media art videos and have always been confused by later layers covering really pretty underlayers. I'm still not sure why you'd cover your yummy purple custom color, but see the end result is spectacular. I'm supposed to see the whole and not the parts, perhaps. Or do I see the whole PLUS the parts. Any way I look at it, my brain's atingle. Thank you!
I have thought long and hard about my word for 2019. I have decided on "rejuvenate", I think it is appropriate. Happy New Year and cheers to many new discoveries.

This is lovely. Thank you for sharing. I have a question - Do you clean your stencils? I have been cleaning mine and it isn't easy. I'm wondering if I don't clean them will the paint cause the stencil not to be as crisp for further projects?
I dont clean the and yes i lose the crispness when they get bad i soak them in murohts oul soap or hand sanitizer.
