Matt Damon was on fire in this skit. It made me laugh out loud which doesn’t happen very often. Definitely needs a spot on the list and not an honorable mention.
Kate doing RBG during lockdown was great too, like her and Pete Davidson doing musical numbers "in his mom's basement" were all that were carrying the show when they had to be off set.
I've watched Bowen Yang's Truman Capote sketch about a hundred times. I keep seeing his Ice Berg and Moo Deng sketches highlighted but Truman Capote made me laugh so much harder. "No one loves women like a gay man, who hates women."
Troye Sivan is South African by birth, not Australian. In America, he was introduced as being South African not Australian, even though he has lived in Australia since the age of 2.
Kathie Lee Gifford HATED the impression because she thinks it made her out to be a drunk. I mean, when you always have a full glass of booze with you at the start of every segment you're in, and drink more than half of it during each segment, there's a reason why people think you're a drunk. Oh, and I will never read "Let it snow" the same way due to the Connery impression.

The Sean Connery impression was legendary. I died so much with those your mother jokes! 😂
I get that Matt Damon wasn't an SNL regular but doggone it his Brett Kavanaugh deserves higher than honorable mention.
Horrible mention?

Kristen Wiig as Ann Margaret is also a good one. It goes beyond and is so good. But recently, Dana Carvey as President Biden was pretty dang good.
