Thank you for making this video, I'm new to elect bikes, I weigh 135 lbs and feel like the sensitivity is too high for me, I learned from your video to change it. (it was on 60 and I set it to 01 under the SP5 screen) but it doesn't make much difference after I dropped it down. While I was on this screen, I ran into a screen displaying P2 with 0000 on the bottom. I asked the support group what's that screen for and what the number should be because it's not on the manual and you didn't cover it in your video. They said P2 is the power-on password. The default password is 1212, do you have a clue on this?

Great informative video. Thank you for the detailed explanation of all the menu items and how to access them. I just bought me and my wife a couple and they max out at 28mph. Must be the newer model. I checked with gps to make sure. How many miles have you put on your bike so far? How reliable do you feel these are?
Over 1k and the newer model is faster than this one lol

I have this exact same bike. What would be the top speed number with top pedal assist and rear wheel off the ground?
My pedal assist is set 1-7. My bike shows 38mph. With me on it at 220lbs I haven't tested it that way. Anyone??
Has anyone actually found a controller that would be compatible with this bike that lets it go faster
I'm not sure but the new version of this bike goes 28mph I believe! You can probably buy that controller for this bike I'd assume

I just bought two of the EB7s. I followed your instructions to go from 5 to 9 speed settings. When I did, my speed dropped from 34 to 20 mph. I changed it back and no my top speed is back up to 34. The other bike will not go above 20 in 5 or 9 speeds. If one does 34, there’s got to be a way to get the other one up there. What’s the reset to factory for EB7?
So they may say they are doing that fast but in reality the top speed doesn't change use the GPS on your phone to check but it should still be around 20
I have 0-5 PAS and I cant get above 20mph...wish i knew your trick
i have a eb5 jason 36v 10 amp battery 26 x 2 inch tires my first ebike i get 20 mph on it im about 135 pounds i lke that ebike for 20 miles or so

What is the regular throttle mode? I get the pedal assist but is there a mode for just using the throttle?
It will also show pedal assist mode. If you want throttle only, just twist the throttle. It will throttle only without pedal, even thought it show pedal assist mode.

This bike is max at 20 mph. No way to change for 28 mph. Some more expensive bike will get 28 mph and more.
I GOT A EB7 THAT GOES TO FAST I AM 65 AN A STARTER HOW CAN I TURN THE SPEED DOWN SO I CAN START RIDING SOME BODY HELP A OLD GUY OUT WHILE IT IS STILL SUMMER.
Pressing the - button and setting it to 1 makes it so the motor doesn't assist you much during rides.
What Im not a fan of is no matter what PAS level you are in and if you start pedaling hard, the bike governs you and wont let you pedal faster with the aid of whatever PAS level you are in. My other ebike isnt like that sadly

I have this bike. Max speed i can get is 20 mph. People keep saying they can unlock it to go 28 mph. On the website if you check, they claim 28 mph. To get 28 mph you have to go down hill which isnt the speed from the bike, its just gravity going down.
Weird. I can get up to 30 on a bike trail without unlocking whatever..?
@sniffer_ko no. The Jasion 2.0 can only go max 20mph. Cause it's a 500 watt motor. The jasion hunter x can go up to 28-29mph. It have a 750 watt motor. So you claiming the jasion 2.0 can go 28 mph is a joke. Changing the bike wheel size will show incorrect reading. Test with phone GPS. This bike is max at 20 mph.
@@johnrambo1349 no clue what to tell you. i own the eb7 2.0 and go 28-30 on a bike trail, and yes i tested it with a phone app and it says the same speed.

You leave it charge till the light turn green. That's when u know it's full.

I have the same bike and when I turn on the screen you can see a % symbol next to the battery symbol, but after the turn on cycle the % symbol turn´s off and threre is no way or explanation to turn it on?

I don't think this model does there is a newer model that goes 28 but not this one lol

The top speed is falsely advertised in their ads and websites. I brought the bike thinking it would go 28, pretty sad to use these tactics to sell more bikes.
My exact ebike goes only 11 mph in pedal assist 5 the top end holding up the rear wheel. Is some setting off??

Just bought the EB7 switch the key to the third notch, lights and horn work but the display screen will not cut on. What would you suggest the issue is?

Same thing happened to me. The plug was disconnected under the wrapped wores.
If you make the sensitivity faster it’s more fun I have it on 2
I get 19.6 top speed. Nothing over 20. Sucks they say 28..
28 is for the newest model the one in this video is the older model
