Seeing Guga and Nick so happy after eating the brisket just made me so happy. I really don't know why, but seeing people super happy makes me super happy. Not in just a "Oh I'm gonna try to one up you.", but it truly makes me feel so incredibly happy to see others happy.
As someone who adopted a vegan diet for 6 years of my life, the last 2 years I’ve been re-exploring the flavours of different types of meat and learning to enjoy food from a whole other perspective. I didn’t expect to like this video as much as I LOVED it. From the videography, the cheeky captions, Guga, Nick and Manny’s on screen chemistry and Guga and Nick’s passion and carefully refined skill for the delicacy of meat, or in this case Wagyu beef, it was just absolutely beautiful to watch this all come together.
