Today, we install the all new Whipple Calibration for the 2022 and up Ford Bronco Raptor on our truck and dyno test it to see if it holds up in the real world!
Whipple shows an 60 RWHP and 80 RWTQ gain from their Calibration WITH their Megacooler, however, we test the Calibration by itself BEFORE the Megacooler to see how close we can get to those numbers.

Whipple left a lot on the table. The 3.0 TT engine is super capable and the factory fuel system/turbo system should be able to support closer to 90-100whp on 93 octane with a tune alone. Why did they hold back, no one knows.
Would be nice if they offer a stage 2 kit that offers a Whipple intake and exhaust. Maybe a more aggressive tune.
What wheels and tires are those ? Do they fit flush with the fenders?
2023 Ford Ranger Raptor. Will this be the goods ?? It’s the same set up as the Bronco I’m thinking 🤔 Please get back to me I want it 👍🏼
Whipple will indeed offer a calibration and Stage 1 kit for the Raptor Ranger however it's not available yet. As soon as it is we'll make sure to post up on our social pages making everyone aware.

When is someone going to have a aftermarket exhaust system available?
We offer one from Magnaflow right now which is listed on the site. Others are currently working on kits. As soon as we see anything else new released it will be added to the site immediately.
Question any rubbing with that wheel set up?

Usually, stock BRapor starts at 360 RWHP. Your Dyno reading needs to be higher.
All Dyno’s are different. I’ve seen numbers all over the place depending on what dyno they used and what part of the country the dyno testing took place in. We’ve baselined ours on this dyno twice and both times the numbers were identical. So we at least know we have a good testing medium to work with.

Are you saying the gains are inflated or that the total numbers should be shifted up?
Where are the actual engineers??

Torque increase is directly correlated to power increase.
