Fellas, We wanna thank you Guys for allowing us to bother you in your shop today. It really meant a lot to us to visit with two of the best body working people on the planet. I just wished we had met KAT. Stay safe. We'll be watching.
My old Sicilian Italian uncle had one rule at our ADOBE AUTO body shop. Whenever you're making a pull, YOU ALWAYS LAY A PACKING BLANKET OVER THE CHAIN. We had half blankets for short chain pulls. YOU DO SOME AWESOME WORK DUDE.
Great job i bought ajrep just like that from copart and those tabs was messed up just like that. But i dont have the skills to weld them on. So i replaced the front axle. Great job guys as always
Hiya Yuri. I forgot to add this to my comment. When you order stuff to Aluminum weld, Don't get a Foot pedal. It's Easier to use the Hand Trigger. Way easier. No contorting around to push a pedal and weld when it's in your hand. Good luck in everything.
great work as ever Yuri and Paul (and Kat) some nice electric gluing dear boy, i swear every day your improving with age, accept as you get older you learn to move a little slower, that makes the little things like impacting chassis frames with your head less dangerous - take it from me, after busting my spine, i move a lot more slowly and think more about where i am i used to do rock climbing and you learn very quickly about spatial awareness, where every part of your body is in relation to where your surroundings and physically look, check where you are and where your going in order save you making silly noises like yeeeeeehaaaaaa as you fall off the edge, remember its not the falling that hurts, its the landing stay safe Yuri, you'll age slower, hurt yourself badly you age much much faster
Thank you sir for the kind words and good advice, I know I will regret a lot in the future, but when I'm going through that pain I will remember everyone I helped or entertained and it will be worth it.
@@23RD haha i like that, but don't hurt yourself on my account - oh damn i wasn't go to say it, but let me do it instead haha, i promise not to leave any marks
Just curious on a car-re-building front, how do you guys go when you get a car from a salvage auction and you have some (damaged) parts that come with the car but in order to re-build the car around those parts once you get them new how do you find out what is missing parts/brackets wise?

Why do you hammer the frame when it is under stress?
It vibrates the steel so it will help it go back to where it was originally pressed.Really.
