It's great to see the pride in one's craftsmanship and that the art of working metal is not dead. Most shops would've cut the quarter and replaced it. 👍👍👍
Outstanding choice of shoes. You will thank everyone 20 years from now when you have all 10 toes in perfect condition. And of course, that repair is nothing short of perfection. Mad respect 🫡
good effort Yuri, thats a pretty epic job, when you got the time to spend on something and make it look that good, why not, certainly shows you don't need to spend more time trying to replace the whole rear quarter - hmmm, something is a miss though, yeah wheres the inspector kat
Those shoes are awesome and so are Redback's. You've been getting really creative with making tools for pulling. You did an increadible job reshaping that! Keep Orange Crushing It
After all my yrs doing fab work, I agree. Great long lasting shoe. For Welding though, I like rounded toe caps instead of Stitched. Hot metal trapped on top of your toes is A BAD DAY!!
Wow yuri that tool for the backing to pull on and spread the force out was genius! I’m going to borrow that idea 😁😉😉thanks for the lesson you did a grade “A” pull and very little wrinkles left I’m super impressed!
Not the video to watch without headphones while you are in bed waiting to go to sleep and your wife is already asleep. And, I shouldn’t be envious of your tools since I don’t do this anymore. But I am. Thanks for the video.
You are a master at repairing cars and trucks and just about anything you work on . I couldn’t believe you saved that quarter panel with most a hammer and a puller. Amazing 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😅😅😅

The only downside to these kind of dent pullers is the tiny holes that often get burnt or ripped in the panel. If they are not covered by solder or lead the bondo will blister and ruin paint when moisture gets through holes and starts rusting and swells the bondo 👍
Ignoring the material costs... how much time did that take you compared to replacing the whole or a partial piece of that quarter panel? I think I'd never be able to get the panel right w/a maxi system and I"d be chasing the flat surfaces forever 😁

Very old school looks like something my dad did in 1976 before wheel well pullers where invented.
Great job, that Maxi-Dent is better off at your shop as you will get more & better use out of it.👍

Very nice work = we’re sis cat today 😊
Very nice work. You were able to save the quarter panel. Congratulations. You didn't get Cat's approval though, you're slipping.
He was busy with his own channel
Absolutely amazing work! What the heck happened to your arm and hand?
Amazing.
Amazing work. I am curious ,is the labor more expensive, than just replacing the quarter, even with taking out the rear interior etc....
good good job your are doing that car
Do you profile/template the passenger side to match the repair
Always amazing work 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇬🇧

@@fopeezy3097 I would say half the time, if it’s a new quarter skin. If it’s a used one from the yard then a third of the time 😅
How many hours did that take? Nice job.
@@paul4usc about 10 hrs I would say
