Uncle June said the only sentence he could have to Bobby “I caught her taking from my wallet, keep an eye on that one.” Bobby’s story legit makes me cry every time because I’ve lived threw similar things: the survivors guilt, the depression, the rage, his acting hits every note just right. It’s why Janice is the perfect person to tell him exactly what he needed to be told “tomorrow you’re gonna get up and be a man, and do what you need to do.” All of Janice’s toxicity finds some form of codependent balance with Bobby that they both need to move forward. This show is pure comedy btw when Adriana eats shit from the broken chair legit makes me fall out every time.
As much as people understandably go at Carmela for her materialism and manipulation, Tony was incredibly petty in their marriage even beyond the cheating. He didn’t want to let Carmela have any real knowledge or say-so or power. I think he felt that if she understood the money and business too much and started her own hustle she would leave him.
