For many years Drs would look at the puffiness at my collar bone and ask what that’s about. How in the hell do I know? Guess what? My lymph system is a disaster now with lymphedema from my belly to my toes. My feet and legs had to look puffy for anyone to finally pay attention. Were they all asleep in med school? Thank you for fantastic information to add to what I’m learning in physical therapy. 👍

How long has the puffiness been around your collarbone? Are you naturally looking into cleaning your lymphatic system?

My collarbone area swollen too. For years. Also in the lymph areas under my arms in the crook of my arms in my neck all looks swollen. One Dr thinks I’m just fat and the endo dr keeps sending me for a Dex test to check for high cortisol.

I almost cried… I understand the lymph system quite well… but recently I started rebounding on my tramp again after long bouts of illness and fatigue. Next day SO much pain in my stomach…. RIGHT at that half way point you both talked about. It’s hard as a rock and I was so scared I had a hernia or ruptured something.. prayed for some answers and you video popped up. I have a lymph massage scheduled and I’m so glad to have this information. When I did the big six with you… when I started on the stomach part I felt so much fear come up… it’s hard like a wall that node… so much fear while I was rubbing it. Emotions. Got some work to do. Godsend thank you.

This was absolutely wonderful! Dr. Perry is terrific at explaining things! I knew about the Big 6, I've done them before, but I was nervous about the potential side effects from moving lymph aka detox symptoms. This podcast contained so much information on the benefits and, most importantly, the necessity of moving lymph that I feel motivated to overcome my fear and to perform the moves for the health of it.
I've had numbness from my hip down my leg for 2 years now and I related when Dr Perry said that stress, trauma, etc. can increase pain. I've literally felt stress in real time increase my leg sensations- which I until now, thought was my imagination. Crazy!
Thank you also, Aaron, for allowing Dr. Perry to speak without interruption. You were a gracious host.

This all makes total sense ! Something I've learned from healing my CPSTD from 25 yrs of narcissist abuse, is ALL the heath issues that are expressed in people from that . The worst form of abuse as far as I'm concerned, for all the " extra" damage they do.

This information was so important for me to hear. I've been a healthcare clinician my entire career and the one thing that I am constantly disturbed and upset about is the fact that so few medical professionals can connect the dots.
Somehow they think that because there were chapters in textbooks on different body systems, organs, bones etc. that in real life they can somehow look at everything separately and effectively figure out big problems.
Unfortunately, unless you're bleeding or suffocating there is probably more than one area in your body that needs to be addressed to evaluate your health picture.
Everything is connected and that is one of the most important messages that's been discussed here as it pertains specifically to lymph and blood circulation. But it applies to everything.
I'm sure that my lack of movement due to problems I won't get into here, has caused a lot of pain in my body. I'm going to start focusing on what was discussed and I have no doubt that I will start feeling better. I was always extremely healthy as a younger person and the fact that I was also extremely active must've had a lot to do with my good health.
Thank you both so very much for taking the time to share this incredibly important information. I agree that sometimes we miss the most obvious problems that are at the root of other problems. You cannot be healthy if you don't move your body regularly in ways that it was made to move.🎉

I have been doing everything physically, including lymph massage/release having followed a few well known experts on it.
My issue is definitely releasing the resentment.
My family members whom I love but are most definitely making things hard are not people I can just walk away from.
So I have to find a way to release the negative thoughts they foist upon me.
My prayer and faith, yoga practice, breathing, meditation, sunlight, grounding therapy help but I need something more apparently. I still have pain in my left hip which I am told we hold resentment in our hips. 🤔

In 2019 I used to jump on the trampoline and I never felt better. I was so healthy because the jumping gets your lymphatic system moving. Since then, I injured myself and now have autoimmune issues. I just got back to bouncing on a yoga ball for 30 min or so. So far, I feel like it’s working. I also dry brush. I’m wondering why nothing in this video mentioned how jumping on a trampoline or bouncing helps the lymphatic system tremendously.

He did say rebounders are great. Like you, i had a condition that precluded jumping...found that lying outside on back & doing bicycle motions with feet overhead, did wonders. Plus discharging some positive ions i guess. Huge healing chi & love/prayers to you, flow of lymph, life & divine joy.

You did a great demonstration, this was a fantastic interview. I really appreciated it, thank you so much! Also highlighting the calf muscles in order to engage the pumping system was very helpful! In a world of many that don't seem to listen or have a one size fits all approach to "healing" its so refreshing to listen to two practioners that are good caring human beings giving actual paths to healing. Thank you again!

I’m a trail runner who goes on 2-3 hr runs regularly , does HIIT and mobility work, I cut out all sugar, carbs and processed foods over 20 years ago, I’ve whittled everything down to the point that I’m now just keto carnivore, I have a 6 foot infrared light panel, a hydrogen generator, an ozone generator, a vibration plate - and I still have lymph problems. I’ve even had a rebounder and an actual trampoline that I spent tons of time doing back flips on. I got off all the meds docs insisted I needed a dozen years ago. I’ve gone to a lymphatic massage therapist. And I still have major lymph problems. Please keep your ignorant statements to yourself.

@@angrykitty2591 I wish I knew. I suspect I had an iodine deficiency all my life. I’ve had major, major problems with pcos, fibroids, cysts, estrogen dominance. When I was in high school I started getting sick fairly often with really high fevers and big swollen glands all over my body. All of those things are associated with iodine deficiency. I can tell you, I went through, oh, 12 surgeries and 13 rounds of PT over 6 years so I wasn’t able to keep up my activity. I got very puffy, gained weight in a way that was very abnormal considering my diet and how muscular I was, and one of my breasts got bigger than the other. 😂 I believe that’s because of lymph. I still have big swollen glands that have been that way for 20 years- all on my right side- my right ovary has had most of the hemorrhagic cysts, and my right boob got bigger. 😂 I started supplementing with iodine a while back and I think it’s helping, but because of health complications I have I can only take tiny amounts.

@@angrykitty2591 I think it was iodine deficiency, but of course I didn't know that until recently. I have ALL the symptoms of a severe deficiency, and have since I was a kid. I've started supplementing with it and I think it's helping, but because I have bad lymph function I have to take tiny amounts of any supplement occasionally and work up. I did have a very unpleasant period of time during which I had 12 surgeries and 13 rounds of PT, so I was very inactive during that time. I got really puffy, gained weight in a really abnormal way, and my right chest got bigger than my left. And I have a number of other identifiable lymph issues that are all on my right side. 🤣

I have done reiki for several years now. It's weird because it's not even hands on. It "works" but no one knows how it works. All that is known is that it can slow heart rate and lower blood pressure and relax. What's weirder is that people can feel tingling/buzzing/or no physical sensations at all, just relaxation. I have had many theories about what this may be but my main one was that somehow, when two electromagnetic fields (and we create our own) come together, that they interplay until a natural homeostasis is met. I never knew of such a theory as Polyvagal Theory! This sounds like it might be similar. I'm definitely going to look it up. I feel like reiki isn't some woo woo thing but a natural phenomenon, if you take all the spiritual woowoo out of it, it can be explained in very simple terms. We just don't entirely understand what's going on yet. All I know is that I have veen helped by it and others have too.

Neck cancer =, feel was a product of stress, bad ibs, virus activation as of past few years and bad lymph drainage. Now after intense chemo and radiation. How does one help to make sure my lymph and liver are healthy....😊

I broke my left foot third metatarsal Jan 2022 from walking with a Dr Scholl's foot insert. Went to podiatrist. Placed into a mobility boot. Wore it for 8 weeks. After the 8 weeks boot comes off b/c x-ray shows bone is 'healed enough'. Podiatrist sees my 2nd toe is now bent. Says reason is the 3rd metatarsal during the healing process leached nutrients/calcium from 2nd toe and it got deformed from that. THEN, he never tells me this on that appt. I develop a callus on the ball of my L foot under the big toe due to my deformed left foot. When callus develops he says yeah that can/will happen due to the bent 2nd toe. Callus Hurts like hell daily. I have found ONE pair of shoes I can walk in and only wear them. Anyone have advise what I can do to get rid of callus/pain of the callus? Podiatrist said to use lotion/cream on callus daily. I do and that does Nothing... Thanks

Please get evaluated by a physical therapist. They are amazing and understand mechanics of the body including how you walk. Never underestimate the power of physical therapy. Even if you have to pay out of pocket it's worth it. you can ask for exercises you can do at home and they will give you a printout.

Ive been doing rhis work and johns books for a while but im torn on what to fo as serious issues with compression disorders showing not just the pain but the effects like dark purple circualtion and inability to gain weight and muscle wasting due to lack of blood flow. I am puttint off surgery for thoraic outlet syndrome with compression of subclavian vein and axillary artery causing a lot of blockages in body when do we determine surgery will be best to allow issues that are structural to get what rhey need ie blod flow sufficient to heal and stop the tissue damage amd nerve issues from trapped merves and lack of venous flow. I am terrified of surgery but body is constantly deteriorating no matter how much i apply these tools and mind work

Ive had wrist pain for two months now, i first it was from a small fall once up I was fine, then a few days later I went to the gym and i had this wrist pain and i had to stop then i remember having some milk which made it worse, a few days later i had a yoghurt which made it worse again then i reacted to sweet potatoes so I'm thinking my body is now sensitive to dairy and high oxylates when it wasn't before. No one know what it is. It could be due to a leaky gut or that im living in mould and not healing
