@@danielledewitt1 , it got rid of teenage gangs and drunks, and there’s a lot of that in Blackpool
It was definitely my local park growing up and that played a huge part, when i was a young teenager the only time i would get to go alton towers was on the school trips once a year because we went with family who didn't like rides, sometimes grandparents etc and they could still walk around at blackpool, but not now. Obviously now I'm older we can drive over but yeah. They should do the walking pass again like £5 or something i'm sure that would deter teens. Just not full price idk.
I remember the water chute when I was little absolutely loved it it seemed a bigger fun fair then🏴🏴🏴🏴
I’d love to see them install some bigger permanent rides again!

I agree...I can’t ride many rides these days due to some health issues (not serious as long as I stay away from being shaken about too harshly), but I can live vicariously through these vids.

i was there yesterday and did a stick wall for the first time, and this woman was telling me how the floor drops and i didnt believe her and then it just went. never been so scared in my life

Early also love ur vids would love to see a merlin water ride challenge
Start off at towers on the battle gallions/congo river rapids
Go to chessington and do tiger rock (for example)
Then go to legoland and do the rapids or pirate falls
Then finish at Thorpe park on tidal wave /storm surge/depth charge/rumba rapids

holy cow that ride was upside down a very long time! I go on most rides but I think that might be too much for me LOL The view of the sky and beach/ocean was amazing tho when you were upside down .

& Little did you know that the next place was going to be a disappointment, cheers for filming, uploading and sharing. Really enjoyed, from video this park had a good selection of music & soundtrack for its rides, great atmosphere and just a shame it wasn't as busy as it should be especially as its summer. But anyways, cheers for both filming & sharing and look forward to seeing more videos in future & also love the Easter egg from ride with snow, reminds me of a moment from Nanny McPhee with the line you stated "Snow in August" which is a line that is stated in the movie "Snow, Snow in August". Easter egg the effect as from that line snow appear in summer in the movie, but yeah again cheers for sharing & look forward for future vlogs & videos. 😀👍

Ah we missed you, at Trecco Bay for the week. Was at Coney in Friday, would have popped down and said hi 😅
I was here last Saturday on holiday, let me tell you the ride where you go upside down is crazy, this video doesn’t do it justice, I didn’t handle it well haha
I went there since i live in south wales and its amazing i’d recommend miami madness it’s amazing

Living in wales I haven’t been there in 20 odd years I remember the massive water shoot right next to the beach. There were loads of rides back in the day same with Barry island

We had a walk through and it looks great!
The mega spin cycle is usually that long, I went on with a full circle and a large queue and we got a 4 minute cycle

Shawn, you're probably too young to remember him, but you sound a bit like Keith Chegwin! The ghost train was a bit weird, with little/no sound it almost looked like you were walking through it and not in a car! Great vlog as always.

Good set of rides in a good compact park, the matterhorn looks like my favorite ride of the park and the ghost train has some good jump scare Klaxtons but need improvements in the prop scare department - bit dated now; be good if some scare actors were in it

I have no idea why the Zierer Tower coaster never went beyond Wicked and Impulse. They seem to be cheap, compact, thrill coasters that would make sense at a seaside park as they are more economical vs the Gerstlauer Eurofighters and the Zamperla Thunderbolt/Lightning models

OMG what have the done to the first ever KMG Afterburner ever build... All the decors GONE😢 all the unique paints: GONE... This is not an improvement.

@@ThemeParkWorldwide missing the cool shark on the swinging arm as well. It actually has stood at the fair in my hometown in it's premiere year. It was a huge hit on the public.
I like Coney Beach but I do think Barry Island Pleasure Park is getting more love and Investment. Definitely since Aerospace has been installed. Coney Beach has such potential would love a big coaster be put in there Same with Barry Island but I think it's more likely to happen at Barry Island.

I wonder how many copyright/trademark violations a place like this has. I actually once went to Coney Beach many years ago during an enthusiast trip - we stopped there on the way to Oakwood to get a couple of coaster credits. At the time, they still had Megablitz, a medium-sized Pinfari coaster. I did get a somewhat shaky POV of it at the time, though it's stored away on a MiniDV tape and I haven't got a working camera (or an old enough computer) to transfer it at the moment.
It also looks like they changed the backdrop for Beach Party since my visit - the current one is a little less...revealing

The ghost train was full of stuff. To compare it to Poundland during Halloween is slightly disrespectful don’t u think? I feel you made the same digs at Barry island during that vlog, and then made a big deal when an operator approached you to speak to you. If you were that keen on putting that footage in the vlog you could’ve also put the footage of you recording the aerospace sign too so we can see what actually happened.
Everyone has different opinions, however it was a fun ride still!
@@ThemeParkWorldwide yes you are correct and everyone is entitled to there own opinion, however, comparing a ride that clearly costs a lot of money to a cheap pound shop is slightly disrespectful towards the owner.
