Great song. Just a comment on the Japanese lines, the ka at the end of "mata tsugi no fuan ka" is just Hiragana (か）to signal a question rather than 日 which means "day", and the wa in "sono saki wa nainda" is actually the hiragana (は）used as a particle.
It sounds close, but various lyrics sites seem to agree with nainda over nanda. I guess it means something like "there is nothing after that", rather than "what's after that?"
