It's good to see someone that not only knows what he says...but you can see physically that he knows what he is talking about! I would add from my own experience. If you take what he tells you to do, and find the eternal soulmate within. ( opposite sex if acquable) Turn it into an physical exercise routine as you make love to yourself and your soulmate within. Doing this for myself has made me physically fit as well as my supreme well-being! That certain part of me is rock hard like a teenager!

@@moonbirchgrove Doing this also releases sick energy. As well as helps with getting very fit...but be mindful of not overdoing it. And don't forget the long range arm and leg exercises when connecting to your inner soulmate!

When connecting to your soulmate know that it is sexual energy. As to how far you go with the Euphoria and sexual energy you connect to is up to you and your soulmate within. Moreover, do rapid breathing as you exercise when doing this. Love and imagination are the keys to connecting the self within! The Euphoria that you will feel is much like out of body experience ( within) ...if you've had the experience. It would be great to experience such a connection to someone physical... though I'm sure it would have to be a Soulmate to work.
