    WORKOUT
    Warm up in video
    Tempos written in the video on each workout
    Aim to train till failure and also increase weight where possible on each set.
    1. Calf raises 3 x 12 Each Leg
    2.Leg extensions
    1st Set 1 x 12 each leg
    2nd set 1 x 10 Each Leg
    3rd set (Normal Ext) 1 x Dropset (10x10x10) reverse pyramid: Start heavy for 10 reps and then reduce the weight and perform another 10 reps etc
    3A: Tempo Squats
    1st set 1 x 12
    2nd set 1 x Dropset (10 x 10)
    3rd set 1 x Dropset (10 x 10) make sure you go slightly heavier
    3B: Deficit Split Squats - 3 x 10 Each Leg
    4A: DB Goblet (HE) Squat 3 x 12/10/10
    4B: (FR) Bulgarian Split Squats 3 x 10 Each Leg
    5: Double walking lunges 3 x 24 (12 Steps each side)

    Yeah, I’m definitely not working hard enough to DESERVE great legs. I love that you’re not using a lot of machines we might not all have access to. Anyone with dumbbells and a rack can perform almost all of these movements. Great video. Thanks for sharing!!!
    Edit: Tried it! Legs were shaking throughout the workout. My legs may hate me tomorrow.

    Obi: Don't go too heavy on these, keep a slow and controlled tempo...

    Hey Mr Vincint,
    I've learned more from your videos than I have in 15 years a body building in esthetics. Keep these videos coming my physique has changed more than I could ever imagine strictly from your information. I'm struggling with back doubts and extreme chest tightness yes if you get the time a video on how to diproportions Would be awesome. In my opinion you truly are hands down the best in informational videos and knowledge for all forms of fitness!!!!

    Many moons ago a Russian trainer spoke to me about my leg press technique. "You do a lot of weight, but not do full range of motion. If you do not do full range of motion, cannot get proper workout for leg." I love your variety of exercises, and the warmup ones which promote muscle endurance and ensure you are warmed up before embarking on compound leg movements. It builds it's own safety element, emphasizing form over the rush to lift heavy on fresh legs.

      Leg press is the worst to see at the gym. Watching people with weak legs put 4 plates on each side then go 1/4 range of motion but think they’re going all the way is just comical.
      Same thing happens a lot on the hack squat. I’ll do respectable weight burying my ass into my achellies with good form for around 4 sets of 10 progressively overloading each week. You’ll see some people go with around the same weight with for just a few reps with over a foot less ROM and all you do is shake your head and keep doing your thing knowing that half that weight to proper depth would bury them on the first rep.

    I'm at a very lean 175 with a max squat of only 225. Being this weak is humiliating but I can't wait to keep learning about leg and back training to strengthen my weak legs

    Dear Obi, When I want to look like a superstar and torture my friends at the same time I simply watch a video like this one, attempt the workout on a few occasions (cry each time), then invite my friends to a workout.     Obi just saw this for the first time and the hard work and dedication that’s put in clearly shows but I hear people calling out steroids very easily when they see someone in top physical form. Have you ever used anything to enhance your training?     Old vid I know, but this is the difference with someone training without ego. I know a multitude of combinations, including consistency and diet, and getting paid to train for a living. But refreshing to see nonetheless. Awesome vid! Amazing Physique!

    This is cool, I always do isolated movements first + weak areas lunge, calves, hammies leg extentions then onto Squats etc with slow tempo just slightly less the bw to bw to slightly over
