Hey! My home drag strip!! I live about 45 mins from U.S. 131 my very first pass in my 84’ Camaro was during super Chevy and the entire stands were full! My legs were shaking 😂
I love how you beat the hell out of it on the drag strip. Typical 4.3 abuse. Love these engines. Total work horse. You would love the one I build. Your truck would be a great home for it. It’s the unicorn build you see rarely. 1990 non balance shaft block ‘60 over with a Scat 3.875 stroker crank, 4 bolt mains. H beam rods, Racetek forged pistons. 9.4 compression boost friendly. Brodix aluminium heads. ARP studs though out. Note heads were modified and welded to accept a TBI or cyclone manifold. 7 Quart oil pan. 👍

I had a 94 S10 SS real close to your truck. Black, stock 4.3L stall converter, headers,3 in single exhaust, air intake and a 100 shot of NOS. Went 13.74 @ 99.85 mph at US 131. Whish I did a turbo!

Hey there, what rpm is your 1-2 shift it sounds a lil low? and man thrid gear seems to run forever. My 4door blazer with the 4.3 seems like its very happy doing on ramp pulls from top of 2nd to third, i may be chasing torque manangement but not sure. Kickass videos, i love to see the 4.3 take your levels of boost and make happiness!
What would happen if you added a 300 hp electric motor in line with the drive shaft at the rear end? Just asking for a friend.

Quick question: Does your steering wheel has that annoying S10 play to it or did you fixed that? I can't seem to get rid of it just to make the ride more comfortable and I can't imagine you racing and having to deal with that as well.
Yeah, it’s impossible to totally get rid of it. Hopefully someday I’ll upgrade to an aftermarket rack and pinion
