your doing gods work brother!!! Thank you and good to see ya again! Nitrous features would be awesome for v6.0 :) timing reduction features with built in window switch activation and bottle pressure input maybe instead of 1 of the wideband inputs but if you could have the widebands and a bottle pressure would be awesome and maybe relay output to control bottle heater based on bottle pressure, just throwing out ideas! thanks for all you do!!!!
Hey im probably stupid, but i cant find the video where you actually put a turbo on the truck. Is there any way you could link it
This is amazing. Thank you for the work you do!
Your turbo is no good, put on something like a 64/66 gen 2 or next gen from precision, e85 and you will be well over 500hp!
Dude thats clean af. Seem to be a talented yung man
You are working with the vortec? I think you wouldn't have as hard a time if you were working with the tbi
Ive got a 99 s10 extreme extended that im going to do something with. Its as clean as yours. Hows yours 3 years later?
What is all that you have done too the v6?
I'd buy the intake if you made it.
Nice top raditor bracket any parts number brand
I made them
What year is the truck?
2003
Dude, this is badass.... I'm on a discord you may be interested in....😊
What is it?
@@turbov6 I'll DM it to you
Can you post a link where you got the os?
It’s on my Patreon. Link is in the description.
Hi 1st off its nice to see you on your Utube account and 2nd it's great to see you running your new program I also hope your going to do some engine modes. And thanks again for showing your still doing things.
I just wanna say this is fucking awesome to see someone actually do. If I had any real motivation I'd try to help, but I'm bad at staying focused on stuff like this... been fiddling with some 12593058 and 12579405 stuff in the fuel system segment as time permits but other projects took priority like 6 months ago lol
Hi, i have been following your videos for a while now. Have you made public yet of how you did the Hi res COP 6 cyl?
I haven’t sorry.
@@turbov6 any plans of doing a video on that?
do you think you could ever do live fuel table? incredible work!
It's possible since HPTuners has done it, but it would be a lot of work and I don't know if it's worth it. With wideband closed loop fueling I feel like it's less needed.
Good to see you back with another video.
Hey, thanks!
Sorry if its been gone over already, i assume this system works with 4L80'S? Also, does this OS support DBW, or just DBC?
The 4l80 works, just need to segment swap your file first, then patch it, he confirmed it in another video where I asked. The 7603 os should support both dbw and dbc, assuming your ecm has the dbc circuitry
This works with 4L80E, 4L60E, Manual, DBC, and DBW. You just need the correct hardware and base tune.
So to make sure I understand this right, enabling closed loop wide and simply allows you to use a wideband to control closed loop fueling, I would still use the factory closed loop settings to control how it behaves such as disabling ltft? If I were to in addition use the desired afr table, does that only affect pe specific settings, like can I still use the iat or ect adder tables? Or does using the desired table solely allow control via map vs rpm? Will the ecm read as being in “open loop” if commanded is richer than lambda 1?
Yes, LTFT work just like stock, but can be disabled. PE is disabled entirely so no PE setting work. At richer than lambda 1 it will stay in closed loop if you are using desired afr table and wideband closed loop.
Appreciate you taking the time to respond. So if using a wideband and the desired afr, if I’m in what would normally have been a pe region, like 180kpa at 6000 rpm, will it actually attempt to use trims to maintain commanded lambda?
@@schiavonske1013 Yes
Sounds like this may be a definite upgrade over the hpt custom os, plus the xdf has some transient tables hpt refuses to acknowledge exist. May have to donate and try this out, I’m curious as to how well the fuel trims will keep up with the sudden boost hit of an Lsa blower.
Fuck yeah bro. Been waiting for you videos. You have inspired me to do a build. Do you have a discord or a way to contact you
I have a Discord for my Patreon subscribers.
@turbov6 thanks bro id love to subscribe and maybe you could help me if you have time
I’m having a heck of a time getting this running. I have an 03 Silverado SS with a 6.0 and 4l60. Currently all stock is except the intake and a small turbocharger. I have not been able to find a stock 7603 with the 6.0 and 4l60 so I’m very been trying to get something to work but everytime I try it zeros out all the parameters I need for this truck to run. Any guidance or help you can provide would be amazing. Would also be open to testing new things to help in return. I’m a Patreon sub as well. Thanks.
Join the discord server for my Patreon and you can upload the files there.
Do you work on 3800 pcm's
No sorry
Bro please respond. You have inspired me to build something
Let's see a video of these in action. Like the actual Rev limiter working. Stuff like that
I can try to post some once my setup is back together. I have been testing v5 of this OS for quite some time and it works flawlessly once you get it figured out.
You can watch some of my more recent reels and hear the 2 step working off the line at the track and see me go 10.4s on street tires with this OS on a basic 5.3 @ 4750 race weight
I don't have a specific video of it, but It's been in my prior videos.
I need you help building this intake for my 4.3 v6
Can you help me make this intake manifold, I’ve got a built long block ??
How would I go about acquiring the bin files from an ECU?
For this style ECU PCM Hammer can be used and you would also need a compatible cable to connect the OBD2 port to a computer.
Bro how much would you charge to make a custom one. You are inspiring me to do a build now
I don't have the time to do it. Sorry.
Bro would you make one of these for someone?
I would do a full penetration weld from the outside around the plenum area . You patience while preheating is much better than mine. I woulda hit it with a propane torch and went to work, what you did here is more thorough so that's better for sure :)
Does anyone sell a bolt-on style kit or have instructions for a standard setup like this?
Hi just wondering if your ok and just wondering if your going to make some new videos also I was wondering what you thought of the 2014 Colorado 4.3 LUV 3 engine I've considered put that engine are some people out that have gotten close to 600hp out of them. I'm also wondering how hard would it be to put that engine into my 1998 GMC SONOMA. I think that engine has some good bones on it 11 to 1 compression the castings of the are good as to what I've read 📚 on line.

Nice truck. I ran my old 97 SS on a 150 Shot of NOS. Was a fun truck.
I love the GM 4.3
I’d like to buy one of these if you make more
You’re a legend to us V6 4.3 dudes. Will you sell this? I’d buy it. You should get this scanned and 3D printed
Will you sell this? Please scan it and 3D print this
My 98 SS obviously had one
I like the 4.3
Thanks for all the work you put into this . Will be using it soon.
Just saw you on faster with Finnegan again. I just wanted to say hi.
Can you do this to mine for me? I need it for the swap on my 62
Nice work hp record for the l36 in Australia is 1300hp
Man I’m trying to figure out do I keep my s10 blazer a 4.3 turbo or go a 5.3 for a trail rig build
Dude we need a lil help routing our turbo lines an east gate lined can you help us
Watched this a few times. Came back. Just watched a 2jz with 6 speed on chassis dyno. Made 420 @19 lbs boost. And you have an auto. So this is a great number considering how "legendary" the 2jz is. Good job
Must have been bad tune or something going on those supras make power
@@BlackandWhitecustoms yea. With a lot of boost
@@manworksgarage wouldn't take very much for a 2jz to hit 500 HP. Not taking nothing away from his build it's very impressive but in no way can you compare a 2jz to a 4.3. The 2jz at 500 HP will last forever but 4.3 stock is a ticking time bomb at 500
@BlackandWhitecustoms I agree with that. I was just comparing 20lb vs 20lbs. Impressed the 4.3 was at same 420 whp. With an auto vs a manual at that. Obviously the 2jz is smaller gonna need more boost but it's got a probably much better head plus vvti.
@BlackandWhitecustoms found a dyno video. 2jz with th400. 499 at wheels 27 psi. Now 27 may blow up the 4.3. Idk. But it's pretty stock. I don't agree the 2jz is so much better than other engines. 500 I a lot more than the original 300 to 326. So it will always take a toll. It's a rather small engine.
