I would imagine you will run out of engine before turbo 😂
After several attempts I think some speeds and feeds adjustments would have helped
Stock Ring Gaps? With that much boost? That thing is itching to implode 😂, The you can get A GenV LV3 4.3 and build it semi up with cam and Rings and delete the AFM. Then you can get 6-800 wheel Hp!
So the one thing really worth a damn (no MAF) is only in the paid version... Us poors only get the teaser bullshit... sick. Was going to come back to this as a backup, but oh wait....

Do I need to pay to get your Ghidra project files? I don't even care about the custom OS parts. Just a guy with a lot of time that wants to strip out everything not strictly required for a user friendly race car ECU. Spark tables that care about throttle position, gone; that's the main goal right now. Per gear rev limiters, gone, just a gloabl rev limiter. Piston protection mode, gone. Traction control, gone. All MAF code, gone. STFT and LTFT, gone. Diagnostic codes for open circuits and a limited set of data logging variables being some of the few extra things I'd consider retaining. Stock OS is what, 600KB; could probably cut it down to, what, 100KB. The concept is barely more than a 100% digital carb. Other than the TPS spark table part, I believe I've gotten the same functionality with just tunable variables. I could short TPS high and adjust all the stuck high self test values, but end goal is being useful with electronic auto transmissions. I have that base tune available for anybody to download. Tested it on a stand with a 1970 CB450 engine. Yes I'm serious, a 50 year old 2 cylinder motorcycle engine with a P59.
Wonder if that could free up some RAM for better custom code.
Never heard an answer on if coil per plug requires the custom code or if tunable parameters can be altered to achieve that. I'd find out myself if I owned any running V6 engine.

Just found u other day, big gap, in turbo for the 4.3. Can't find what I'm looking for, maybe it will be in your next video. Still on same mostly stock engine? Do you got stock rear end gears ? And no turbo failures yet ? Your original marine manifold, they want like Over a grand for and I see gt35 turbo, that what turbo you have ? Your vida got me wanting to add a turbo to my blazer, zr2. And then I started adding up parts and I was like ohh, not cheap, when a used blazer goes for that price investment these days. Our local drag track makes you put power brake booster and roll cage, at 10 second runs. Do they make you do that ? Didn't know what air pressure you were running in the rear tires, I use to drop down to 22/26 pounds. Depending on the temp that day. Hopefully you can do a video on some of these questions. If I missed a video on those items please mention. Sorry if I did. I see the 280hr cam, would be pretty awesome with a turbo. You could likely get blazer rear disk brakes new, parts of pretty cheap for blazers s10 2nd gen yet.

Sick, new version, same instructions, 4 errors "can't read language" "uncaught exception" "can't read language spec" and "error importing file". Fucking wonderful, as if it wasn't going to be tedious enough to do what I installed it for, now I have to troubleshoot some... probably edge case horseshit.
Before i had hydroboost on my truck i used a vacuum pump from one of the 3.6 gm cars like a cts or gmc acadia and had it kick on with the brake lights to run vacuum brakes and it worked great tbh
Yeah, I thought about that. I’d hate to have to put a booster back in, but might have to if I don’t like manual brakes once I upgrade to rear disk.
@turbov6 hydro boost brakes are just insane. Once you feel them the others just aren't the same

Rear disc should be night and day. Anytime iv switched from drum to disc the pedal always feels alot easier to push, and that's with power breaks. Since u have already done the swap to manual brakes u might as well keep it manual, just get the rear sorted and enjoy the weight reduction.
And if ur not concerned with the weight reduction on the rear then the factory disc brakes on the ford axles work pretty well. There's also a ton of support for doing rear disc conversions cheaply. If u want more braking power than the factory ford axle brakes then u can use the gm metric calipers, like what came on the front of ur truck factory with a stock style rotor on the rear. For example, since I stayed with the gm bolt pattern I used factory s10 rear rotors with the gm metric front calipers held on with weld on brackets. I did mine for less than $150
wow great video. im super new to this stuff and i am tired of sending files to russian dudes and paying them to tune the car or make monitors ready and dtc off. Big learning curve for me, since i know nothing about coding and only how to read and write the ecu lol. Do they make reference manuals for all ecu architectures or is it somewhat universal?

Just ripped a 4.3 from LA to ABQ & back. Burned 1 quart every thousand. Other than that full ac. Max outside temp 117. 14 hours driving only stopping for fuel.

I watched probably all of your videos, congratulations for all of your work. I have a 2002 Blazer V6 here in Brazil. From 2001 our V6 comes from factory with the boat style manifold. When I saw the tittle I got excited to replicate it on my ECU, but the board looks hard to find. I will keep the plan of use a Fueltech ECU, very popular here in Brazil. I have here a car with megasquirt too.
FuelTech would be awesome! Way better than all the work it takes on the factory PCM.

Also what wideband sensors are compatible? Guessing it would be a bosch 4.2

Im new to tunning just doing it on my personal vehicles. I have a 2004 tahoe which i activated electric fans using tunerpro and all is working good. I will be upgrading my driveshaft and wanted to change the speed limiter from 98 to 120 but dont know what settings to change. Any help would be awasome.
