The EMS body suit = you won’t get refined unless you do it while as a work out ; for those who just use it for other reasons such as restiig or for health reasons. The suit is to change how you do exercise without so much weight minimalistic but with effort
Yes, if it’s EMS unit it will help with your back pain because it’s breaking down any inflammation, lactic acid, & tension. Its pushing new blood & oxygen to the area. Helps strengthen the muscle & tone up as well. It’ll also be beneficial for your muscle spasms and hernia.

No it’s legit. You combine it with workouts. Not while you’re working out obviously. It’s not meant to replace but to help activate certain muscle groups that don’t get activated during regular work out sessions. Bruce lee was using EMS before they had the electrical science down a little bit.
@@Jamjar-iu3jihow has the last year been for you ? I've spent tons of money on the membership but I used it along with a certain "concoction" and my body is completely transformed.
Don’t use it on the inner chest, it can interfere with the heart’s electrical signals. Only use on outer chest near shoulders.
Yeah I was figuring it would cause fibrillation of the heart and that means bad news
Wow.thanks. I always use ems on my chest. For massage
this is a brilliant bit of advice i agree
I never knew this myself. I have used ems on my chest a lot
Real ones do it FOR the defrbilation.
Just start slow and strengthen the heart, this machine isn’t for the weak.
Rachael, shush let him talk then you go manners. I still don’t know what it does bc you was talking as much as Stephen a smith

ems does really tone and strengthen muscles rapidly

Me too

that heavily depends on the fat percentage in the body. the higher fat % the higher resistance to EMS

You wouldnt use it to bulk or do strength training
Only muscle gain

He didn't pitch it as a miracle. It is supposed to be used WITH your workout. He clealry stated.
The suit cost around $300 and very difficult and so annoying to slide in need almost 20 minutes to be ready..almost same amount of work out
Could this cause muscle growth without workout on its own?
no
It will put stress on muscle which will help your body grow more muscle
it would need to be quite powerful. most of the affordable EMS machines out there probably don't get intense enough for real muscle gain.
@@PandaMan02 they do..but you need to workout
a little but not nearly as good as working out
