@@AmSamFam I understand, but I rather enjoy the kind of weather you have e there and the normal life you enjoy there than dealing with these many headaches. But I know you miss your family. You are blessed to be living there and having so much fun
I’m guessing it’s because this is a very popular area for swimming, but yes, it does seem pretty bare. That’s why Nate always tries to be very sustainable and conscious of this when he heads out.
I’m ok but we all need prayers!! 4 states had a major Tornado go through Friday Night!! They EF-5 Toronto’s. They totally flattered towns. They were Apologetic I never seen anything like this in my life. Looks like a bomb went off & all the loss of life!! I’m moving this Spring to American Samoa.
Sole pro, you gotta do a video of the real Samoan style spear fishing man. Growing up in Vatia it was my favorite thing to do. Diving spear fishing man. But I can’t find any Samoan style spear fishing in UA-cam land.
Great video under water and above!..slot of work but enjoyed every minute of it!..thank you .............that's the way I cook fish but I crush up Ritz type crackers on top then add your ingredients.....after cooked its soaked up some juice from fish along with seasonings...ends up kind of like having a stuffing with your fish....
Talofa family, you got me all excited,I wish you sharing the outter reef, where the action is.. that’s very fancy speargun Nate .. guarantee big parrot fish or an ulua out there in the out side reef.. thank you for sharing the beautiful content, always enjoy your snorkeling outings.
Talofa AmSam, love the way Kip says he's saving the scales to make a armour 😂 can't wait to see his project! Thank you Nate for taking us along your spear fishing! Wow must be amazing to enjoy fresh parrot fish straight from the ocean! Love this video!❤
That small fish feeds the family? It looks like I could eat that whole fish myself and still hit McDonald's. I never saw cricket being played in Saipan but there was Rugby. They came from all over the Pacific. I see your camera swaying in the boat.
@@AmSamFam thanks very much. You know here in the PNW is always rainy this time of the year. Have a great weekend to you guys and your children. Make sure you catch more than 1 next time haha
Hello family, it's fun watching you spear fishing at where my husband and I, use to fish before we left the island to moved here in California, ok have fun and be safe do not go to far where the big waves at just spear fishing by the shore because alot of people got drown when they went too far out, good luck, n again be safe
Nate was told by DMWR that they were fine to shoot, as long as we’re doing it sustainably- leaving the babies and breeders alone, like Nate explained in the video. Plus, he only really shoots about 2-3 per year.
I love to eat a fresh catch especially parrot fish... So freakin expensive here in Hawaii.. Go to my village of Sailele and you'll not disappoint my friend. Alofa atu🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙🤙
Hmm, I’ve never even considered keeping the head. I didn’t realize that was something people actually did… Eating another living thing’s body already feels weird enough, I’m not sure I could go digging around in its head 😬
Thank you for the vid…missing those days.
Love it. Video game first person ....
Haha, it did kind of feel like that, huh?!
👍

Yes, we’ll keep you all in our prayers. We have family in KY. Luckily they just lost a few trees, but tornadoes are scary 🌪 Glad you’re safe ❤️

Nate usually prefers spear fishing outside of the reef. He’ll have to shoot another one soon 😊
You're so funny 😁 😂 yeah sis keep it simple 😘 😉 😆 🤣 😂 alofa aku tofa soifua and God bless 😊

parrot fish is so good. Expensive here in Sydney worth the coin.
Wow beautiful and yummy fish 🐠
Thanks for sharing! Oh I’ll order some t-shirts later , I love amsamfam tshirts! Stay safe and take care ❤️🙏
Awesome! Let us know when you get your shirt 🤙
Love the dive, and cooking that fish 🐠 looks yummy, simple is the best too much stuff added just fades the flavor of the fish out, great job guys!❤️😊🐠
Agreed! 💯
4:56 school of large mullet (agae) pass you on your rights side as you're facing out towards the reef..
Just missed it 😄
You got yourself a truck Nate.?? Show us when you cooking the fish too
Even though you got 1 fish, that was a good catch. Another nice video AmSamFam.
Thanks!!

Not the Parrotfish😔 They help with our coral reefs!

If my mom saw u throw that fish head away...she’d just go crazy!!!!!!! LOL! And to think her favorite is fish eyes 👀!!!!!! 🤮 lol
My wife too, she tells me that the best meat is on the heads. I’ll have to trust her on that one!

@@AmSamFam yeah I’ve never been a fan of eating something and feeling like it was looking at me.
Your losing weight. Good food it must be.
