  • Join me today for the tough 40 Min Full Body Workout with Dumbbells. An unreal strength and Conditioning workout that will work every muscle, raise the heart rate and work up a good sweat all in one
    No stone left unturned with this full body workout you can do from home or a gym with nothing but a selection of dumbbells and a little space

    In this workout today we will be working through 4 stations
    Heavy , moderate , light and a bodyweight station
    50 secs at each station with 20 seconds rest. We work from heavy through to bodyweight and then back the other direction before changing up the exercises
    We will also have a nasty little addition in there for you to tackle also
    So grab those dumbbells and let's smash it

    A tough 😢workout but fun because a lot of cardio strength and specially sweat is involved..for the moment i go through all the 4 circuits but no repeat because i am almost 55 and i go slow for my heart.. anyway thanks a lot for this amazing workout

    Grant- I’ve been doing three full body workouts a week and do weight watchers. It’s been six weeks and I don’t see a difference. What am I not doing? I’m 50 this year and on estrogen replacement. I’m feeling discouraged. I work full time so I can’t spend two hours a day exercising, especially with being a nurse which is exhausting in itself. I don’t each much sugar and I cook at home 😢

      Are those 3 full body workouts per week getting harder or easier for you to complete each week? Are you going longer before needing a rest? Have you decreased the amount of reps you can do? Do you not see any difference?

      @@slimhim I’ve increased my weight since I started. There are some days I do the workouts back-to-back without a rest day because of my schedule. I’m told by docs on the internet that once a woman hits menopause, what used to work doesn’t work anymore and that you have to do weight training. The thing is I’ve always done weight training so I’m wondering if it’s the hormone replacement. Without estrogen my joints start hurting, I get bad anxiety, my hair starts thinning. It sucks and I want to stay young as long as I can. At least I still have good skin and hair. But, yeah, I’m frustrated, I feel ugly, and I’m tempted to go on Ozempic and never would’ve thought about going on ozempic ever.

      @@SoCalRegisteredNurse as a nurse, I’m sure you know a lot about the female anatomy. I hear the frustration of your situation in your comment. Think of how you’d suggest to your patients to proceed, put yourself there. Maybe that will help you make a beneficial decision. One thing’s for sure, exercise in any form, is always good for the body. I applaud you in the routine you’ve created with following these workouts, not many can. I struggle every time but I fight my hardest to keep pushing myself. Personally, I try not to do it for looks but for remaining active. That’s what keeps us young. Beauty, for me, is a pointless goal to chase. Everyone is beautiful to someone, but no one is beautiful to everyone. Stay strong and focused! Wish you the best!! 💪

      @@slimhim Thank you 💖 I would tell my patients to be patient (no pun intended), keep at it, keep eating clean and you will see results. Thank you for your uplifting comment. I guess I have to accept that it gets harder as we age, though I’m not going down without a fight.

    I think I will stick with the lift program haha. This looks like another toughly which will purchase probably after purchasing the other two lift programs.
