20 Min Tension Arm Workout With Dumbbells | Full workout & coaching

  • Torch those arms with this 20 Min Tension Arm Workout With Dumbbells. This will be the first workout in a little mini tension series
    The aim of the game here with this Arm Workout is to really slow down the reps and let the biceps and triceps spend plenty of time under tension.
    A slow rep with a pause or squeeze to really feel that burn.
    This workout will also be an opportunity for you to lift a little heavier than you might in some of our other workouts.
    As we will be alternating between a bicep exercise and a tricep exercise
    Each exercise we will also be working for 1 minute with a 30 sec rest between each
    Meaning you hopefully won't fatigue as quickly as normal and be able to try and maintain the heavier weight throughout
    But whether you're pushing yourself a little heavier or going lighter. Just remembers , slow and controlled reps with plenty of time under tension
    That's the aim of the game with the tension workouts

    Ever since I found your channel , I have been focusing on going slower spending time under tension . It feels better to me then rushing things and getting sloppy with form . Thank you for your consistency .👊👍
