It was fun playing with you, hopefully again sometime.
Great work on the video, Hidden. Your channel has continued to sate my thirst for Halo content until Infinite comes out. Anyways, I found this custom map on StarCraft 2 that I think you'd like. The game works like this: it is a 3v3 humans vs. covenant where your goal is to conquer the enemy home world, or fire the Halo ring (as the covenant. more on that later). The beauty of the game's design is that each player controls a specific aspect of the faction's military: Army, Navy, and Special forces (Spartans or Zealots), and each has a different role to play in the game. All three players need to work together in order to win. Only absolute pros can play by themselves, as the game allows access to the tech of an absent player.
Strategy: As I said, there are two ways to win the game: conquering planets, or firing the Halo Ring. There are 13 planets to control, including Earth, Reach, Onyx, Sanghelios, and High Charity. Ships can deploy armies on planets to invade them, and the defenders can build fortifications to protect them (including orbital defenses for the humans). Take every outpost, and the planet is yours. If your team controls enough planets, the main base on the enemy Home World becomes vulnerable, and you can destroy it to win.
Halo: The other way for the Covenant to win is to fire the Halo. After a certain amount of time, the Halo array will appear in the corner of the map (likely there to end any prolonged stalemates). Both armies can land on them, and access hidden terminals to disable defenses, and even activate a factory to create Keyships. The players must find the Index hidden somewhere on the Ring, and if it is inserted into the console in the control room, the Ring will start a count down (and a cool animation) until it fires. The humans can stop the countdown and take the Index back to a safe location. Unfortunately, there is no Flood, because they were removed for crashing the game.
I don't know your opinion of grand strategy games, but this custom map by Orion is one of the best custom maps in all of StarCraft and I think you would absolutely love it. If you ever get the chance, please check it out (maybe in a livestream or something). I would love to see your take on the game.

It always felt like the Jackal snipers had access to a third zoom level when was playing on legendary mode, and I'm sad that the Jackal mod doesn't have a third zoom feature.😪

I'm so tempted to buy Halo 4 on PC just so I can make a Promethean Mantis (idea from Halo Canon's Let's Lore for Infinity) and have the following play when the Mantis gets revealed:

@@LCM-vo1rj I mean, people hated prometheans because they brought nothing unique to the game. They were just bullet sponges that could BAMF around the map when they got wounded, allowing them to heal, then come back yet again to be a damn time vampire. Trust me, I beat 4 on legendary and I've almost beaten 5 on legendary - but it got to the point of being such a damn slog... so heroic is what I settled on.
