I have an Idea: In the Mod "Extinction" there should be a way to add the map "Truth and Reconciliation" as the Elite spawnpoint where u can enter the ship and have epic hall way fights to take control over the controlroom
I hope that infinite has lots of enemy factions. It would be cool if you had marines and friendly elites and you would go up against the covenant remnant, the banished, the flood, and the sentinels. Personally, I really hate the prometheans, and hope that they write them out all together, in previous incarnations, they were really boring to fight, and if they were to try and make them more fun to fight, they would probably just end up being a worse covenant. Plus their design disgusts me. One of my favorite parts of combat evolved were the huge faction wars on two betrayals, being the odd one out in these scenarios were so interesting. I really hope infinite tries to tap into combat evolved’s large scale battle dynamics. Onto the factions themselves, I think the covenant remnant should be elites, jackals, grunts, hunters, drones, and engineers. Mostly classic halo enemies. I feel there should definitely be no brutes. Possibly, the sentinels could team with the covenant remnant, as they both have the goal of lighting the ring. The banished would be comprised of brutes being mostly in charge, with some elites, grunts, and maybe the cut sharkoy enemy from combat evolved, they are cannon after all. 343 should make an effort to further differentiate the brutes from the elites, working up from a combination of halo reach and ODST. The flood should be returned to its combat evolved glory days, being immune to headshots and not being incredibly weak, especially to melee. I also really liked how they would play dead. They should definitely add more forms for the pures to utilize, possibly taking from the cut halo 3 flood forms. They should also include some flood from halo wars 1 and 2. The sentinels should bring back the enforcers, and have more variants. I don’t have much more to say in that. Also, I think having more than two flood exclusive levels is a bad idea, especially in a row, because those are always the worst.
I wish someone would create a serious multiplayer mod. Extinction is cool, but I mean a mod that is balanced and polished as if it were a legit map/gamemode made by the developers. Like imagine a mod where it's a space battle and the objective is to plant a bomb on the enemy ship. You'd have people in sabres/seraphs flying around dogfighting, people on turrets on the ships, pelican/phantom boarding parties, AI covenant/marines as crew on the ships etc. but no random overpowered stuff like nukes and meme weapons. I'm thinking like Star Wars Battlefront 2 (the original one) but in Halo. Extinction is good but wouldn't that be awesome?

Just thought I'd drop this here. Moa are from New Zealand and were significantly larger than emus. Fun fact, the moa had one predator called the Haast Eagle, another big New Zealand bird. The moa and Haast Eagle both went extinct due to the moa being hunted down by early human settlers.
Should add an Energy Sword and a spear to the Moa and show it with some Battlefield 1 music lol Also, Nightworld does remind me of the filtered Forgeworld maps back in the old 360 days.
I think you will like my two new mods I am working on. I made the Kig-Yar sniper mod, and the Fallen Corvette mod. Rn, I am working on a Remnant Hunter mod, a true overhaul. Like nothing will be the same. I plan on adding a whole new narrative too :) I'm like 15% done with both and put about 30 hours in both! I will be most likely skipping Halo Ce, but may take advantage of the Anniversary graphics in someway. Halo 2 anniversary mods are going to be amazing. Same with Halo 3 💙
Also, The campaign overhaul mods are great and that's why I love these videos, but it just sucks cause when ever I play one I feel like I am just fishing for mods. Playing the whole campaign to experience a mod is too much for me unless its beyond what we are even currently capable of doing rn. That's just me cause I don't have the time though. If Halo Reach modders have the tools for that, I'd be very excited. That infection mode combined with night time forge world map would be frantic.
What I wish for Halo Infinite is to see some night maps and that the spartans don't emit light like in 5 (unless it's for competitive playlists. I heard pro players wants this).

Am I the only one that's still hoping for ODST firefight on MCC? Perhaps an untimed firefight reach gametype so we aren't restricted too the thirty mins of LINEAR gameplay (ik we can create customs but we earn no exp). Honestly there's nothing like immersing myself into a game, Halo brings it too a new level and God damn do time limits BUST MY BALLS.

Halo reach: spartan 0 Follows the story of the fabled spartan 0 a bad ass spartan with enhanced armor abilities and weapons at his disposal! Here is the list of changes I thought of Sprint: when you sprint your shields constantly increase a full energy shield bar. Sprinting three times will give you max overshields Using sprint while in a vehicle provides an engineer shield cover over the vehicle while doing this the vehicle cant move Armor lock: you smash your fist into the ground but you do not become invincible. Instead you begin building up and explosive charge that can clear an entire room of enemies Inside of a vehicle weapons become overcharged and are far more destructive Bubble shield: reduces your shields to 0 upon activation. As long as you are in the circle the shield does not disappear. However your shields will not recharge. The shield is also invincible and refills your health bar Inside a vehicle player becomes immune to vehicle explosions Hologram: you turn invisible immediately upon use. The hologram you release will become bigger and bigger as enemies charge it with plasma. Preforms the same function except your entire vehicle becomes invisible and the vehicle is the hologram Jet pack: no cap on height of the jet pack height. No fall damage as long as there is a charge. Holding (A) while using jetpack with over charge the pack and send you into the atomosphere. Doing this inside a vehicle will immediately eject the player from the vehicle straight into the air like an ejection seat of a jet Evade: places you into spartan time. i have always fantasized being in a huge war in halo where i am only a small spec in thousands if not hundreds of thousands of people all fighting at once, being able to command ships or fighters, watching fleet battles with actual ai commanding ships while im on the ground just shooting everything that moves and explosions everywhere, that is prob why i like rts games especially with editor so i cant just do 1000v1000 ai like everyday im alive
Look man, I like these mod show cases but you gotta calm down with this lore stuff. It's kind of cringey listening to you try and explain a "funny" lore scenario behind meme mods. The Moa one especially. You spent nearly 2 minutes making up fake lore for a mod that lets you ride a Moa in an attempt to be funny. I don't say this to try and say you aren't funny, but that's not the way to go.
Global Battle would be awesome if it was officially implemented. If Rogue Planet and 343i teamed up to make a Halo version of Planetside 2 I don't think I'd play any other game.
I really hope in the future Halo assets will be mixed and matched like the Brute Plasma Rifle in Halo 3, the Carbine in Reach, the Specter in Reach, the Spiker in Halo 2, and duel wielding in Reach
I have to mention, there were a species of bird native to New Zealand called a Moa. They're extinct but they were the basis for the creatures of Reach. Emu War joke was okay but didn't land as the history was off.

I've been playing the Halo 3 flight, its so good. But it sucks that it only has a few levels to play through. BTW, so dumb calling the MOA project, project australian fear. Because Moas were native to New Zealand and are now extinct. Sorry, Australian biology geek that can't take a joke! :-D
I dont know how to mod so im here to inspire someone to make this.
I want a halo reach mod named. Halo reach: spartan 0
Follows the story of the fabled spartan 0 a bad ass spartan with enhanced armor abilities and weapons at his disposal! Here is the list of changes I thought of
Sprint: when you sprint your shields constantly increase a full energy shield bar. Sprinting three times will give you max overshields
Using sprint while in a vehicle provides an engineer shield cover over the vehicle while doing this the vehicle cant move
Armor lock: you smash your fist into the ground but you do not become invincible. Instead you begin building up and explosive charge that can clear an entire room of enemies
Inside of a vehicle weapons become overcharged and are far more destructive
Bubble shield: reduces your shields to 0 upon activation. As long as you are in the circle the shield does not disappear. However your shields will not recharge. The shield is also invincible and refills your health bar
Inside a vehicle player becomes immune to vehicle explosions
Hologram: you turn invisible immediately upon use. The hologram you release will become bigger and bigger as enemies charge it with plasma.
Preforms the same function except your entire vehicle becomes invisible and the vehicle is the hologram
Jet pack: no cap on height of the jet pack height. No fall damage as long as there is a charge. Holding (A) while using jetpack with over charge the pack and send you into the atomosphere.
Doing this inside a vehicle will immediately eject the player from the vehicle straight into the air like an ejection seat of a jet
Evade: places you into spartan time. You maintain normal time all enemies slow down.
Doing this in a vehicle will increase movement speed of vehicle time remains the same
Invisibility: you become the angel of death, your game becomes third person. You duel weld a knife in your left hand. Halo CE pistol in your right. All melee attacks are instant kills even on hunters. Every move you make will be an original evade roll or tuck making this OP power hard to coordinate for easy kills and will require precision.
In a vehicle you will automatically be forced to exit
Weapons changes
Sniper rifle. Holding down the trigger while scoped will entire in a whole new mode. Smart bullets; Using your curer you can now target multiple enemies
Or the same enemy multiple times. Upon firing the bullet will attack up to 4 enemies. You can que up to 16 targets at one time. If you target 16 targets your sniper will autofire your other rounds after you fire the first
Rocket launcher: experimental rocket that fires missiles from the target locator.
Target locator: calls in a heavy pelican drop ship. Fights with you for some time.
Assault rifle, now can headshot enemies.
Frag grenade; now has a projectile explosion that does bonus damage to shields
Plasma; now shuts down vehicles and drains shields of occupants. After 6 seconds grenade explodes.
Chain gun; fires armor piercing rounds
Falcon; now has missile launcher
Grenade launcher; fires rockets
Dmr; fires 3 shots
Pistol; bullets hurt unshielded enemies overtime until they die
Extinction has a Battlefront vibe to it. The early 2000s versions. I like that. And the Elite Campaign looks awesome. I’m tempted to get this on pc now. Always been a console player when it came to Halo. But after seeing this? Definitely a must for pc.
When I first saw that cursed deployable shield, I was rolling on the floor non stop laughing. I couldn't breathe and water was just pouring down my face. Idk why I found that so funny lmao 🤣

Holy......I actually played the classic Extinction game mode before! A friend of mine would bring copies of a multi-player Halo CE to our college class and we would all play at lunch.

i have always fantasized being in a huge war in halo where i am only a small spec in thousands if not hundreds of thousands of people all fighting at once, being able to command ships or fighters, watching fleet battles with actual ai commanding ships while im on the ground just shooting everything that moves and explosions everywhere, that is prob why i like rts games especially with editor so i cant just do 1000v1000 ai like everyday im alive
Look man, I like these mod show cases but you gotta calm down with this lore stuff. It's kind of cringey listening to you try and explain a "funny" lore scenario behind meme mods. The Moa one especially. You spent nearly 2 minutes making up fake lore for a mod that lets you ride a Moa in an attempt to be funny. I don't say this to try and say you aren't funny, but that's not the way to go.
Can we get some nice lore
Global Battle would be awesome if it was officially implemented. If Rogue Planet and 343i teamed up to make a Halo version of Planetside 2 I don't think I'd play any other game.
I really hope in the future Halo assets will be mixed and matched like the Brute Plasma Rifle in Halo 3, the Carbine in Reach, the Specter in Reach, the Spiker in Halo 2, and duel wielding in Reach
I have to mention, there were a species of bird native to New Zealand called a Moa. They're extinct but they were the basis for the creatures of Reach. Emu War joke was okay but didn't land as the history was off.
the mongoose in extinction should get weaponized and have SPNKr bazookas with increased projectile speed to be able to counter other vehicles in my opinion. could be fun right?

As cursed as that first mod is, it still doesn't compare to the cursed CE mod that came out a few months ago.
I don't think anything can compete with d20 grenades.
I really hope that mod gets ported to MCC.
