And it looks like they didn't put out enough contrails to block everything out.
Venus! We had the best weather! Southern IL deserved it…twice! I was in Makanda 17 and Alto Pass 24. Both spectacular.
It didn't seem to get very dark there even with max totality. But the zoomed in view of the corona around the moon is awesome!
