      I have had some good results with the following products. I found socks that are 50% wool 30% cotton & 20% linen. Very warm and comfortable. Deep Heat cream, contains Lanolin, is excellent, applied three times a day. UGG, sheepskin lined slippers for indoors and ECCO fur lined boots for outdoors, although I stay indoors to keep warm asap. It’s around 8deg here in the UK at the moment. Best wishes and Happy Christmas! X

      what can you get in germany?

      @EviePharmacist  7 місяців тому

      @@malihah23 I'm not familiar with the products available in germany but there is a french product I have included in the video description. Otherwise ask your local pharmacist if they have a product that contains a heat-producing ingredient and a local anaesthetic. Best of luck!

    I don't know if this will help anybody but I have found Distilled Witch Hazel works very well and very quickly. Dab or pour it onto the affected parts liberally. I use it on my toes and find it is particularly good on cotton wool wedged between my toes, on the sore bits, for a while. Hope this helps someone!

      Great advice! Witch Hazel is also commonly used in other products to soothe skin such as nappy rash and haemorrhoid creams 🙂
