    Austin, thanks again for yet another helpful tip. I do an 8-minue ab workout along side my rowing workout and was trying to figure out which part was giving slight lower back pain at times. Keep up the great work.

    Can I ask a rower question. I’m looking to get a concept 2. There are several used ones for sale. Do you know what I should watch out for when buying a used Concept 2? Are the older models worth getting, Like a model C? It’s has the PM3 monitor.
