Just crushed 50 pull-ups and 100 push-ups! Who’s up for the challenge? How many pull-ups and push-ups do you think you could knock out in one go? Drop your numbers below, or tell me what YOUR toughest workout is!
Hi! What I usually do is 4 sets of 8 active pull-ups and 4 sets of 20 slow, methodical push-ups (I’m 38, by the way). By active pull-ups, I mean engaging your core and legs during the exercise rather than letting them hang. Keep it up!
@@jackcyborg Hi! Thanks for sharing your workout routine! Those active pull-ups sound like a great way to engage more muscle groups. I love the idea of incorporating slow, methodical push-ups as well. I'm definitely inspired to try this approach. Thanks for sharing one more time.
I managed to hit 9500 steps today did 30 inverted rows didn't had the heart to do push ups yet again. I will change that. P.S did you do the exercise in a different park today ? Also did you buy a new camera because these past videos look much better.
Well done! No, i am still using my phone as a camera, but i bought a mobile stative, and i use the front camera now, which gives a much better picture. I am in the same park, that's the only one in my neighborhood.
