My sister suffers from Lymphedema related to her breast cancer and has been to classes for the Kinesio tape. She uses it daily and has been helped tremendously. Thank you for showing the difference. Love your videos they have helped me so much with my physical healing. Keep up the great work!
my son was a competitive gymnast for years and his coach used the athletic tape along with some other tape; not kinesolgy tape. I'm going to try the athletic tapes. thanks for your info. I support you guys; very informative in a relaxed setting
I used Kinesiology tape on plantar fasciitis to finish recovery / re-start normal use AFTER 2 weeks of immobilization using athletic tape. It is an extra tool, not an alternative. love the show!
I need where I can bye I have also plantar facilities and suggest me how can finshed my plantar facilities

Love all your videos! Do you have an exercise to strengthen the sarratus anterior? And would that help a shoulder that is lower on one side?
May I ask when/where should one do this taping procedure during the recovery phase?
Lately in the past month I have been doing loads of exercise for soccer. In the past two weeks I have had a pain in my shins (both shins). The pain appears at the beginning of running and disappears until after I stop. The pain is almost unbearable and I'm constantly pacing and stretching to relieve myself. The pain won't go away until about 30 minutes of resting.
I'm wondering if this is a stress fracture, or just nothing. Thanks.
Ive used KT for achilles tendonitis and shoulder pain. it helps with the AT, especially with that early morning stiffness but my injury hasnt healed in 16months... It offers some support but isnt magic. Never tried AT, is it good for tendonitis?
For hernia?
Gee, I think thru've changed their minds on some of this. KT tape is made for support. And it does!!! I watched other PTs who KT tape, and following their directions, it helped my plantars fascitis, as well as when my ankle that was broken several years ago.
Just letting you know that the brown tape is Leukotape, not AT tape. (white tape stretches a little more)! Good Vid!
