hello I replaced the egr valve with the pierburg brand on a range rover evoque TD4 2l2 150hp engine and the valve does not work, even after adaptation. can you help me. THANKS
I suggest to check that the wires, connectors, and hoses are connected properly. If all the things look all right, I recommend to visit workshop to identify the problem. There's nothing I can do for you. Sorry for that.
@@b.k.automotiveservices9489 Thank you for your response I have already been able to see a professional he suggests that I reassemble an original valve we rechecked with the old van which works correctly electrically on the old valve I have a maximum of 3.9 volts EGR valve closed and when I return the new one I have 4.81 volts can you tell me if this difference would prevent the computer from operating the egr valve apparently that would be a problem compatibility problem on this model I am from France and apparently it has already happened on certain Land Rover cars mentions mine is from 2012 it is a 3 door
Hi. Will changing this component get rid of “Restricted Performance”? I got P245A-77 code and the EGR Sensor 1 Bank 1 that does come up when diagnostic. Even I replaced the O2 sensor and it’s still can’s solve the Restrict Performance. Thank you
Very informative🙄!
Thank you for your kind comment!!
Do you think possible to get to the EGR without removing common rail etc?
No, it is impossible as the oil separator is cover on the top of the EGR valve and cooler.
how did you open bottom bolts of egr valve

What year and engine is this evoque?
Sorry, I cannot remember completely. As per as I remember, it was 2.2 diesel engine made by PCA.
