Thanks for sharing, Maria❤ - Mine were two fragrances, both from the house of Oriza L Legrand: Chypre Mousse & Secret Joly. The first made me realize I have a love of chypres (beautfully blended oakmoss, earthy, floral magic) & the second is the first jasmine perfume I’ve worn that doesn’t make me regret it - instead, when I spray it, it truly makes me smile inside & out!
Btw, thank you for sharing all of your beautifully creative content this year!❤ Your dedication in bringing us your unique in-depth reviews is so appreciated, as is your knowledgeable, fun, smart & inspiring presence - I’ll bookmark your website for samples & make sure to shop there in 2025 🙌
What a lovely pair of discoveries! Chypre Mousse is such a fascinating blend-like stepping into a mossy fairytale-and I completely understand the joy of finding a jasmine that feels just right. It’s such a personal triumph when a fragrance clicks on that deep, emotional level. Thank you for sharing your story; it’s always inspiring to hear how scents connect with people so uniquely!
I will definitely try Hollyrose and Lilac Exquis by the way you described them! I also love Berenia, it was also my favorite designer fragrance release of the year. Thank you 🤍
Thank you so much for sharing! I’m thrilled you’re excited to try Hollyrose and Lilac Exquis-they’re truly special. And yes, Barenia is such a standout; its composition is just so beautifully done. I love hearing about your favorites, so feel free to share more anytime!
Wonderful video Maria ❤and your styling is stunning 🥰 because you manage to wear something extravagant in a completely casual way And a few comments: I love Russian tea I have a decant and so far it is enough for me because it is strong and intoxicating maybe it lacks a bit of sweetness, but this is perhaps more authentic - as if I dipped my nose into a full bag Real russian tea. Masque Milano is a great house and my favorite is Lost Alice Recommendation for a berry fragrance - L’ARTISAN Mure et Musc extreme You probably know it a beautiful combination of berries and musc Happy New Year 🎉🥂🧡
Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful comment! I’m so glad you enjoyed the video and my styling-it’s always fun to play with contrasts like extravagant yet casual. You have such a poetic way of describing fragrances!
My best discoveries in 2024 were: A sample of Killian 'Woman in Gold' I bought on ebay. Three scents I tried via Pafory subscription: Farmacia SS Annunziata 'Fiore di Cotone'; Olfactive Studio 'Still Life in Rio'; Ulrich Lang 'Lethe'. I would happily own bottles of all 4 and they are provisional wishlist items. The best 2024 release I tried that I bought a travel of was MFK 'Apom'. All the other things I added to my collection this year were things I tried in previous years. Yes, I usually take my time 😂
Thanks for sharing your 2024 scent journey-what a beautifully curated list! I love how thoughtful and intentional you are with your choices; it’s refreshing in a world of instant gratification.Taking your time is the best way to truly fall in love with a fragrance, isn’t it? Scent memories deserve that kind of care. Keep savoring the process!
You nailed Russian Tea Maria. Ended up surpassing Tango as my fav from the brand. Very much appreciate you sharing the journey. 🥰 Wishing you only the best in the new year. 💜🤍🖤
Thank you so much for the kind words!I'm thrilled it resonated with you-even surpassing Tango, which is saying a lot! Wishing you an amazing new year as well, filled with all the things (and teas!) that bring you joy.
@@MariaMeliora Everlasting gratitude. May the new year bring you continued success and blissful tranquility Maria. You move the hearts of many. Never forget that.
What a find! Blind buys can be such a gamble, but when they pay off, it's like striking gold. FURIOSA is such a gem-enjoy every spritz of that fabulous deal!
Your Outfit matches my Scent of the day: ANNEÈS FOLLES by La Parfumerie Moderne. An oldschool and at the same time contemporary fougère with more sweet leaning lavender. Like a 20ies flapper girl dancing enthusiasticly the Charleston ❤
What a beautifully evocative description! I love the idea of pairing scents with moods or aesthetics-sounds like Anneès Folles has as much personality as a 1920s speakeasy. Thanks for sharing this little sensory journey!
Merry Everything)))) After Christmas markets, gourmands and booz are so tiring that I want some greenery or fresh. Fresh scents for indoors, but for the outside I want something warmer). And completely by accident, I rediscovered patchouli in the form of Guerlain Patchouli Ardent. It's just that the bottle is so blue, so festive) In my opinion, Guerlain and Hermes are the most decent stuff among designer lines in department stores. But rose in Patchouli Ardent somehow confuses me, so I plunged into searching for the same grounded velvety and deep winter patchouli as there, but without rose. And for brands discovery are Jorum Studio and Laboratorio Olfattivo. I also really like Décou-Vert and Baliflora, and a completely different Vanagloria.
Wow, what a beautifully detailed comment! It sounds like you've been on quite the aromatic adventure lately. I love how thoughtfully you've described your fragrance journey-your rediscovery of patchouli in Guerlain Patchouli Ardent is especially intriguing (and I agree, that blue bottle is strikingly festive). I hear you on the rose note being a bit of a curveball-it can be a love-it-or-leave-it addition to patchouli blends. Jorum Studio and Laboratorio Olfattivo are such inspired choices for exploration; they have this wonderful knack for crafting scents that feel both artful and grounded!
Thank you for sharing your love for ELDO! I think that’s the beauty of niche creations-when they hit, they really resonate. Here’s to many more hits in the future!
Dear Maria! here is my berry recommendation: In case you haven't tried "black divine by teatro fragranze uniche" I urge you to!!! Much love from germany❤

Oh man, i had the opportunity to pick up Poivre Noir for a morbidly cheap price, 100ml too! But i didn't since i've seen the comparition to L'Orpheline which i have multiple bottles of since its the scent that describes me best. Whats your though on Poivre Noir vs L'Orpheline?
What a score that could have been! Poivre Noir and L’Orpheline do share a certain moody, atmospheric quality, but they diverge in personality. L’Orpheline wraps you in shimmering, mineralic fragility, while Poivre Noir is spicier, with a dry, almost tactile warmth.))

Hi there, Olibanum Gardenia from the house of Bohoboco is a unique fragrance in my collection. Not a croud pleasing and yet is addictive to my nose. I save that for colder days.
Thanks for sharing, that sounds like a beautifully complex fragrance! I love how certain scents can feel season-specific, like little treasures we save for just the right moment. Olibanum and gardenia must make such an intriguing combination.
