I am on Vitamin D supplements for last 2 months and 80% of symptoms like Extreme Fatigue, Headache, Neck Pain and Low Back Pain are gone but dizziness is not 100% gone. The intensity of dizziness has reduced and I hope it completely goes by the end of 3rd month.
Appreciate you sharing your story. Gives us hope. I had so many of the similar symptoms. My levels were 12.5. I felt very fatigued, and tired all the time. Bone/muscle pain was a constant. Anxiety/racing thoughts that won't let me sleep properly. After years of researching deadly diseases online, I realized I had finally caught one and was counting my last few days. Thank god I did full body tests and found that I am vitamin D deficient. Even after the first week of supplementing, I feel better.
Finally someone mentions the racing thoughts omg this is insane... I went through this 4 years ago when my D3 level was 4 and I was feeling like I was about to die...literally! I could not get any sleep I started taking xanax it was horrible. And now I'm going through it again this time my level is 16 not as bad as 4 years ago but still it is bad. I'm getting a lot of comfort knowing I'm not the only one experiencing these symptoms! Thank you so much for sharing really and all my best wishes to all of you struggling out there!!!💙
16?? Try supplementing with a higher dose of D3! Your level should be 50+. Start with 10k IU or higher if you want quicker relief. Up to 50k IU daily with K2 and magnesium is safe.
I actually had the racing thoughts as well even though my level was 12.5. I personally describe them as anxiety. And yeah you are right, it does feel like dying. It is pretty horrendous when combined with other symptoms like bone/muscle pain, fatigue, exhaustion, and the general depression that ensues due to low levels of D3.
Thank you for both of these video’s. I’ve had almost all the symptoms you described and my blood tests came back VERY low on vitamin D. I found your videos very reassuring and a week into “treatment” my brain fog is starting to go away.
I was STARVING the other day for the first time in a long time. My vitamin D was so low that I wasn't eating because my body wasn't functioning properly. Since I've been on 50,000iu of Vitamin D weekly, I'm actually hungry but I'm also losing weight. Before, I would go 3 days without food and not gain or lose a pound, and only ate because I was reminded to. It was so strange to be that ravenous. I just wanted protein and brussels sprouts.
How are you now? Because that’s my biggest issue. I can hardly eat and I’m losing weight fast. I went to the doctor a month ago I was 219 and went to the gi a few days ago, I’m already 210. I can hardly eat. Is this normal?
May I suggest, if you boil your brussel sprouts, boil them in filtered, distilled or spring water, NOT tap water. Pay attention to the taste, AMAZING AND SHOCKINGLY different.
@@pennywilliams8121 I think so, my friend is the same way. He lost 10 pounds in 3 months, Vitamin D deficient, but he's taking more VitD3/K2 now and we're waiting to see what happens. Hope you're better yourself.

Dude my eyes went wide when you said the thing about lower back whilst turning in bed. That's been happening to me for a couple of weeks and couldn't explain it until I finally got my vitamin D results back. Didn't realise they were connected.
All of that went away for me! It was all the vitamin d for sure. The back pain took quite a while to fully disappear - about 6 months but it’s actually gone now ☺️

I take 20,000 IU daily, and sometimes as high as 50,000 IU on some days. Look up high dose Vitamin D3 and consider upping your intake to 20,000 IU daily. It is safe.
@Mayank Chaube I can help you. And yes 20000 is safe if you take 200mcg of k2 with it and cut out dairy and other calcium foods. My calcium intake is 800mg or so when I supplement with d3 and k2 and I do natural magnesium from food and seaweed
Just started 10,000 u of D per day this week after over way over 3 years of suffering all the things you mentioned and more. So now to find out why this is happening...they (dr.) Think my parathyroid has tumores on it.
I was diagnosed with D3 deficiency 2 months ago. The test showed 7.8 ng/ml. Since then, I have been experiencing mood swings, forgetfulness, anxiety, sleep disorders, and depression. My doctor prescribed Vitamin D3 medication, first 5,000 IU for 1 month and 3 weeks then 10,000 IU which I have been taking for 9 days. After watching your video I also started taking magnesium 😊 thanks.Based on your story, I don't think that such a small dose is enough to get well quickly. You're right, the doctors always give low doses and low guideline values. I'll do another blood test and then increase the dose, otherwise my value will either stay the same, fall constantly, or rise too slowly 😅. Does vitamin D not work as well without vitamin K2? Or not at all😮? When will all the symptoms completely go away? I mean when did your symptoms like depression, anxiety and fear go away? Thank you for the video ❤ you gave me hope and strength. Can you also say something about vitamin B12? My value is 218 ng/l.
Yes, vitamin D will only be converted in your body when you combine it with vitamin k. Magnesium is needed because this process uses up a lot of magnesium. But vitamin K is essential.
@@joyfullysimple Thank you for your advice☺️❤️. And may I ask when your symptoms of depression and anxiety went away? I mean how long did it take for them to go away 🤔? And how are you now? I hope you're doing well ☺️

You HAVE to take it with fat, ideally a medium to large sized meal to maximize absorption. Otherwise you are effectively wasting it. You also need to take it with vitamin K2, and magnesium bisglycinate for your body to be able to use the Vitamin D properly.
@@martinkingston1498 I'm pretty sure I was told that if it's a gel capsule then you should be okay because it's soluble. Will have to double check on that now since I read your comment.
Which brand name supplements are you taking? I know you are not telling anyone to take those particular ones, but we are just wondering which ones are working for you.
I do! I usually take them in the morning before breakfast but I don’t drink coffee so it’s not a problem for me. If you drink coffee or alcohol you need to wait at least 1-2 hours before consuming the vitamins because the caffeine washes them right out of your system. It’s best to take them before a meal ☺️
From what I read and learned, it is extremely hard to overdose on Vitamin D. Hasn‘t happened to me and I have been taking it for 3 years BUT you should of course listen to your healthcare provider if that makes you more comfortable. The most important thing is taking it regularly and if that means taking it for 2 weeks, then taking a break and then starting again, that’s all good as well ☺️
Yes it'll take a while our bodies have deficient for so long it needs to adapt to the new changes even tho u have a good level keep taking them remember that you'll have on in off symptoms from the deficiency and the supplements be strong and it'll get better just be patient
@@warrenstringham415 yes because sometimes the body is still recovering. It’s all about recovery. 60 is the lowest you want it . 70-100 is where it should be. Your symptoms could also come from low potassium or magnesium and make sure you are taking k2 100 mcg with every 10000iu of d3. And avoid high calcium foods like dairy unless you are getting leg cramps and doc tells you that you need calcium then take calcium other wise avoid calcium
@@warrenstringham415 you might want it to go a little more higher then 70 if you are getting tested and taking vitamin d. Because intaking vitamin d supplements and getting tested at the same time many cause the blood test readings to be higher. To get accurate d3 blood test readings you must not take any d3 for 1 month before the test. And if you are taking it then I would try to shoot for 90-100 then come off the supplements for 2 months and retest and start sun bathing and retest. You will see more accurate results and will see if sunlight is working for you as a natural source
@@Gamingandhealth Weird! The clinic where I got my test done said that my vitamin D supplementation won't affect the test results since I've been taking them for a few months now. My test result would have only been affected if I'd taken a supplement for the first time before the test. That would have surely spiked the D levels in the system. I had specifically asked about this to avoid getting a false reading and had been assured it'd not happen, provided that I'd been supplementing for a few weeks.

i have doubt for vitamin d taking with fat ...should i not drink water just swallow the pill?..
Mam vitamin d diffiency causes pcos problem
Which brand name supplements are you taking? I know you are not telling anyone to take those particular ones, but we are just wondering which ones are working for you.
Brand doesn’t matter, all of it is the same. Just make sure it’s a D3. And not a D2
Are there any ear symptoms due to vitamin d3 deficiency?
I have some! I constantly have sharp pains in my head above my ears. I keep fluid on both ears, causing dizziness or vertigo.
I get that too. Alot of fluid and ear infections
I have . I feel intense ear pressure or fullness in my right ear. I just started supplementing. Did you guys ears clear?
May I ask do you take all 3 at the same time and do you have it in the morning or evening?
Best to take they with a meal with fat

My doctor told me to take 2 weeks off from vitamin D every month, to avoid overdose.
From what I read and learned, it is extremely hard to overdose on Vitamin D. Hasn‘t happened to me and I have been taking it for 3 years BUT you should of course listen to your healthcare provider if that makes you more comfortable. The most important thing is taking it regularly and if that means taking it for 2 weeks, then taking a break and then starting again, that’s all good as well ☺️
Does the symptoms take a while to subside even after increasing the D levels
That's a good question ? Has your symptoms went away ? May I ask your levels ? Before and now ? Thanks
@@vickymyprayergarden6846 ...it was 10 and now its 39 ng after 5 months..but still has the symptoms...though its reduced
@@dileepmurali2379 how do you feel now?
Yes it'll take a while our bodies have deficient for so long it needs to adapt to the new changes even tho u have a good level keep taking them remember that you'll have on in off symptoms from the deficiency and the supplements be strong and it'll get better just be patient
What type of magnesium do you use?
Magnesium citrate
@@joyfullysimple is it normal to still have symptoms after your D levels have increased? I went from 12 ng/ml to 70.7ng/ml in 2 months.

Dr. Jayashree Ramana has a wonderful video on vitamin D.
You should probably get your vitamin levels checked by a doctor because maybe your issue is not a Vitamin D deficiency and could be another Vitamin deficiency.
How much ius do you take? And vitamin D sadly takes a while to get raised I’m dealing with depression and anxiety from it so the best thing to probably do is take 5000-10000ius per day and sitting in the sun for 30-45 mins a day if the sun is out but be patient man I’m doing my best to be patient aswell
You need to take 60ius d3 for e week and then reduce the dose.
See the first video.

Im a couple weeks into treatment and i still feel like shit.
It gets worse before it gets better your body is making adjustments you've probably been deficient for a while so be strong
It’s normal! It takes time, I was going through the same process.
@soulTraveller144 i was taking 15000IU daily for months and nothing ever changed. I did some research and saw that your diet can affect vitamin d levels and sugar especially can lower it. I have a very unhealthy and high sugar diet so i suspect that's the reason. I never took vitamin d again after that so i didn't have a chance to test that theory

You look a lot like a youtuber named Loepsie!

10,000 UI of vitamin D!!!! 😂 I bet your doing cart wheels out of bed!!! 🤪🤪🤪

Thanks a lot for the update. It's very helpful.
You may want to add 500mg calcium daily.
Most grateful to you for introducing me to Hugh dosage Vit D3_therapy.
No that is suicide ! Anytime you do calcium with d it’s dangerous especially calcium carbonate. You want to decrease your calcium when taking vitamin d and avoid dairy completely. All side effects of d3 is calcium related. Once you’re off the supplements and doing natural d3 from sun and food you can do calcium then
If you do, don't use the form calcium carbonate.
Damn so this is why I had no appetite at all
