I do enjoy the Vader down moment where he’s like “all I am surrounded by is dead men”, but I really enjoyed Ezra in rebels “I’m not afraid of you”, then “then you’ll die braver than most”

The best part of Vader is he is no longer overconfident or cocky or even shows any signs of a personality besides the odd dark joke. He basically tells you exactly how it is or how it is going to be, which is even more terrifying than Anakin's brash and unhinged personality
For those that played Jedi: Fallen Order, you'll know the last sequence of the game also further supports that his most ridiculous strength is his mastery of the Force. That last part was insane.

Best Vader moment for me was in 'Vader Down' when he was surrounded by rebels and he goes ''All i'm surrounded by is fear and dead men" and when they ask him to surrender, he says he will accept them surrendering.
Then proceeds to activate nearby thermal detonators on the some of the soldiers, bringing various starships down. I'm honestly surprised this wasnt featured in the video, it's so badass

I early Legends, some writers thought the Force Choke was unique to the Skywalker Family. It’s dumb and no one talks about it anymore. Thank goodness.
@@spencersholden evidence we can use against Rey assuming the last name of Skywalker. She never Force choked anyone in the whole trilogy. But then again she is Mary Sue and they can't be seen doing something remotely dubious.

I think a cool feature of Vader was when he appeared at the end of Jedi Fallen Order. He restrained and killed the Second Sister, had Cere and Cal on the run, and tore up the facility in attempts to stop them from escaping. That part of the game gave me chills

In all seriousness though, I'm kinda nervous about the rematch between Vader and Obi-Wan. It makes no sense for Obi-Wan to be capable of touching Vader even if he was in his prime. So I'm worried about them nerfing Vader to make the fight more even.

Well personally, I’ll be satisfied with how they used him in Jedi Fallen Order or Rogue One. Intermittently or barely cameos across the series until one sequence at the finale where all hell breaks loose.

So how the force choke is actually explained indirectly by Yoda in Episode 5. When Luke cant move the xwing and yoda can, he explains the lack of beleif is why he cant move it. Size and distance are less important than being able to perceive what youre doing and KNOWING that you can do it. That is why vader has to see what hes choking and have an idea where his target is. Its the same way when Ahsoka is framed by Barriss Offee, she had to look through a camera to do it.
Great point, I was looking for this comment. You need to be able to see or perceive what you’re using the force on.

So is it really hard to imagine that Vader having a secret apprentice such as Starkiller? Looking the feats that Vader did and imagine training Galen Marek\starkiller shows that he a great teacher and knows how to make a Sith warrior/Juggernaut.

Great vid. To add to Vaders force choke... Notice when he is choking people,he usually used his thumb and first finger. However when he wanted to kill someone,like when they breached the rebel ship, he clenched his fist. And they would be crushed. When he force choked the admiral from across space he never raised his hand. Showing the hand gestures were merely for show. So unlike say, Wanda. He didn't have to wave his arms around.

Great vid as always! But, a slight addendum at 8:55. Admiral Ozzel was on the same Star Destroyer as Vader, therefore he knows where Ozzel is.
I thought he was just in the same fleet, not the Executor. This is an interesting revelation for me. It makes sense though that he'd be on the Executor as that was obviously the lead ship and Ozzel was leading the assault. Later in the movie Vader is on the bridge as the newly promoted Admiral Piett.

Anyway, Vader is easily one of the most powerful Force-users (Jedi or Sith) in the galaxy, even after his defeat on Mustafar.

Darth Vader does not need Sith sorcery . Darth Vader is already a badass and powerful Sith Lord Even if he only Lost 20% of his potential . Darth Vader is 80% strong as his Master Darth Sidious but even with that Darth Vader is still one of The most Powerful and Badass Sith Lord ever and he's my favorite Sith Lord , I hate The plot armor for The terrorist Rebels scums .

I'd mention what he did when he was chasing Kal in the Fallen Order. You just could feel no matter what Cere and Kal would do, they just don't stand a chance

Vader is the most powerful force user ever as well as the greatest lightsaber duelist of all time, vader can hold back oceans of water or lava,bring down Star destroyers or any other extremely massive shuttle with the force alone with ease and so much more. Vader is a unmatched and complete juggernaut/monster with the force and dueling
Talk about how his armor snags his skin and his cuts when he moves and that’s why he moves pretty slow for a Jedi

1. Surivide getting dipped in near molten lava & set on fire,
2. was stabbed in the neck & organs, by himself, not once but TWICE, the second time in an attempt suicide victory gambet move and in both via lightsaber,
3. crushed under a mountain the size of Everest for several days via shattering a crystal cave pillar on himself in an attempt at failed suicide, again,
4. survived exposure to the vacuum of space for several days,
5. withstood the event horizon of a black hole for a week,
6. tanked orbital re-entry with no heat shields & point-blank range blaster pistols, blaster cannons, explosives, slug weapons like a BOSS,
7. had a skyscraper bigger than the ones we have fallen on top of him,
8. dueled a possed Old Republic Jedi by Kanus Mu'ur, one of the original Dark Jedi exiles in 1V1,
9. fought and slew 1000 opponents in 1 day,
10. blew up a planet, twice via core detonation, and in one case dueled an assassin while the planet was erupting with lava around him.
11. crushed the engines of a light cruiser & brought it down from orbit
12. had several early light AT's falling on him
13. survived being stabbed by a cortosis blade where his liver should be,
14. detonated the hyperdrive reactor of a pirate frigate while it was in hyperspace,
15. crushed a At-At,
By the way, this is mostly from Legends and the unpublished black-and-white stories that were promos, Darth Vader has some Vulkan from 40K lvl plot armor,
With his force choke he needs line of sight that's why he was able to kill the admiral during the call.
Same as Darth Sidious when He Force choke Count Dooku Aka Darth Tyrannus . Still Darth Vader is My favorite Character and Sith Lord from all Star Wars , I hate The plot armor for The terrorist Rebels scums .

Telekinesis is one of the most unfair and overpowered superpowers if you think about it. Not to mention stuff like Precognition etc. which is also insanely powerful.

He’s kind of like hulk in a way, he still reached in full potential in moments die to pure rage, but when he’s out of it he’s the second most powerful being in sw cannon behind sidious but when fully reved up even with his injuries he was unstoppable

I started watching star wars in 2021 starting with force awakens and rogue one, and I heard somewhere that force awakens was basically ANH and RO brought back the spirit of star wars of old.
So I decided to watch OT late 2021, down to the sequel, prequels, watched the clone wars series before episode 3 (purposely), rebels and the bad batch, played Jedi fallen order read some of star wars legends books and marvel star wars comics and Vader's.
But in all of this my fave Vader show of strength which was the first time I started respecting Vader was in ESB. I mean dude literally force choked a guy through a zoom call by literally just thinking. Damn
Second was Vader down arc, dude be like I'm surrounded by enemies and even if he was outnumbered they were all still scared of him for good reasons. Dude killed most of them without using his lightsaber but by igniting their explosives
Third was rebels, what's there not to love.
Ezra: I'm not scared of you
Vader: then u will die braver than most
And then is rage scene in rogue one, but in all of this was still a man longing for his loved ones.
And plus he had one of the best story arc.

Nihlus was perfect at force dram to the point, I could compare him to a galaxy version of Count Dracula from Castlevania.
Also his fest of single handedly destroying Katarr could only be mirrored by the Death destroying Alderran and Darth Sidious obliterating. It’s in Dark Empire.
And to go into further detail, Nihlus doesn’t just destroy Worlds. He devours them and leaves them Barron of life, feeds on both the light and the dark, and worse of all…. He is so dependent of his hunger, his physical body does not exist in the mortal realm.
Vader you can defeat and even kill. Nihlus can only be deterred.
And if you wanted to wanted to a versus video and keep it even, Darth Nihlus vs LOTR’s Morgoth would be great.

@@AncestorEmpireGaming that's fine but characters have resistances to his hax and planet level isn't that impressive in legends since even people like yareal poof can stop a planet level attack. Naga shadow is still just stated above nihlus.

One scene is in Empire Strikes back where he absorbed several blasts from Han. I would love to see Vader stop a beam like Kylo Ren.
He didn't absorb Han blaster shots he blocked it with his armour.

If Darth Vader had an upgraded suit and was fully healed from his injuries on Mustafar, he would probably be unstoppable. But Palpatine/Darth Sidious knew that, that’s why he never fully healed Vadar or upgraded his suit in fear that he would overthrow him.
not really vader was permanently scarred, his vocal chords most likely were damaged same with internal organs and limbs were cut off skin was burned to a horrific degree he most likely couldnt of been as strong compared to a full potemtial anakin
