      Elaborate please. post nut clarity is as it says "post-nut" realizing the nut itself was not what it got hyped up to be. How is this positive? Do you need to regularly bust nut to realize this?

      @@JK-cz1km Ok so
      when a guy has sex on his mind and cant focus on anything without getting sidetracked by sexual thoughts, he can't do anything with 100% of his focus this is how men are wired, it's a biological beeper telling them to go fuck something, cave man lizard brain stuff
      To alleviate this, most men will go have sex or masturbate (may take more then one nut if a guy is extremely horny)
      This temporary removes the desire to look at women, or think about sex
      This provides mental clarity, allowing a man to focus entirely on whatever he is doing for a relatively short period of time, could be thirty minutes, could last all day, age and and things like puberty as well as stress levels of the environment he is in all play a role in the effectiveness and duration of the effects

      @@JK-cz1km You may be smart, level-headed and have great ideas for a fulfilling life. But when you’re horny enough, you can look at a situation and think “close enough.”
      Once the horniness is relieved, reality kicks in. And the awareness of “ffs I know better.”
      Stress plays into it too. Obviously guys can get their lives sorted out where they can be fully horny and then no regrets, only smiles. But on its own, maybe combined with an edge of being stressed out about something, can lead to totally re-evaluating a situation after the fact.

I also made a lot of progress doing high volume, but it was hundreds of push ups, sit ups, a handful of pull up sets, and air squats. People try to combine high intensity and high volume and it’s nearly impossible to recover and make progress. People underestimate the stress that weight training places on the nervous system. For example, one I knew had ended up rupturing his spleen, and as a result, it now has happened several times, because after the first time it happened, h3 is more prone to it reoccurring, but h3 acts like it's no big deal. Also, h3 has severe immune system issues from years of this lifestyle, always getting respiratory infections and sinus problems.

    I have something to say about fapping. People say its good for your immune system because it releases white blood cells after you do it but we know that means something is bad because the body feels attacked(the same argument they use to say excercise is good for your immune system. Is this linked to the exertion part of it or the ejaculation part of it?

    • @prussiansocietyofamerica
      @prussiansocietyofamerica 4 місяці тому +1

      That argument is often one pushed by vegans about the "NoFap". The problem with it, is that sp3rm cells are constantly dying off and being recycled, every 2-3 days your body is making many Millions of new cells, so the thing is, even if you don't do anything, there is no avoiding of this process.

    Working out only reduces your testosterone if you do too much cardio, or if you overtrain, like training everyday and giving your body that stress too many times a week will reduce your testosterone, but exercising can actually help you increase your testosterone if you do it right, just like it can help you increase bone density, I remember I was really skinny, I used to have that marathoner body, I was lean already had abs, girls wanted to see them all the time, but when I stopped running, I got into more calisthenics later lifting weights and gained some muscle, my face became more angular, sharper jawline, cheekbones all that and my voice became somewhat deep, at least everyone says it is deep, and I am still lean, healthy, I am not a typical gymbro I have a functional body, I am agile, fast, and feel light, while having a good relative strenght, I focus on getting enough sleep everyday, eating healthy(mostly animal products from good sources), and you say that exercise lowers testosterone, if that's true why's that most of the time, particularly after a high intensity leg workout I have so much libido, mainly the next day if I slept well which I do, my voice is even deeper, morning wood, and my gf loves it

I’m already 186cm tall and pretty handsome but I’m naturally skinny so building some muscle would help me. I want to get to 190cm at the same time which is very doable since I’m young and have good “diet” but I’m worried that bodyweight training might interfere. I’m 83 kilos right now with healthy bodyfat but this is after working out for 3 years I’m worried if I stop I’ll lose a lot of weight and be underweight.

      I dont eat fruit , but i look much older at 60 than i did at 55.
      In addition...you cannot go in the sun, and then go in the water, because your skin forms vitamin D on the surface as a protection from the Sun and if you wash that off within 6 hours of sunning you will then lead your skin because you've removed the protection.

    Not a follower of nofap, but the myth that masturbation is good for the prostate isn't even conclusive. The studies people base this myth on are observatory studies so there's no way to tell if other factors affected the prostate health of the participants. There are neither any studies that show that not masturbating is bad for the prostate, prostate health is not worse for people who are known celibates like monks

    I want to hear the logic behind going to the gym being bad for your health.

    • @4Klandscapes
      @4Klandscapes 4 місяці тому +1

      The thing is that people confuse muscle hypertrophy which is a stress response, with health..your body adapts to that stress to survive. Every stressor to your body is bad for your health longterm. Chronically elevated cortisol from exercise can affect your body in numerous ways. Another thing is that too much muscle is very costly metabolically and to preserve it you'll need a lot of food which also damages your health and ages you. Also when you over exert your self with excercise on a daily basis you start to develop arthritis and other joint related problems due to overuse. Very strenuous cardio is also bad for the heart.. having said that, there are some benefits to excercise in modern society but moderation and listening to your body is key.

    • @CiprianFx59
      @CiprianFx59 4 місяці тому +2

      @@4Klandscapes But there's already a lot of stressors on the body, I feel like going to the gym really helps me blow of steam. I would do gym 2 to 3 times a week, I thought having strong bones and muscles helps people when they age. It's not like I'm going to join a bodybuilding contest. I always see old people that can barely walk because they never excercised in their life, I don't want to be like that. And regarding what you said about joints: my joints hurt when not going to the gym, I always feel better after. If I don't exercise my back, I noticed I slouch. How can that be unhealthy? What's the plan here? Everything is stressfull so let's not do anything, just Netflix and chill?

    • @4Klandscapes
      @4Klandscapes 4 місяці тому

      @@CiprianFx59 yes like I said moderation is key. Blood flow and proper joint alignment and mechanics are some of the benefits of exercise. Which again are only useful to modern society because we don't move our body like we used to do on our natural environment through hunting, gathering, exploring etc. The problem is overexertion and overuse through progressive overload principles. If you take a look at the longevity of people at different jobs, the ones doing manual labor die a lot younger and that is not even up for debate. If you have found your personal sweet spot for volume and intensity of excercise which doesn't negatively affect you, then that's golden. I also do excercise but I know understand how much of a stressor it can be so I always listen to my body.

    • @CiprianFx59
      @CiprianFx59 4 місяці тому +2

      @@4Klandscapes Well I don't work in construction or other manual labour job, so I think I'm ok. Since 90% of jobs nowadays require you to sit down at a desk all day, I really think some gym time in moderation can't be that bad. I also really dislike how my body looks when I don't train my arms and shoulders.
